Alright, y'all! We took it back old school and showed you step-by-step-by-step how to make the PERFECT beef tenderloin. This video's longer than our most-recent ones, so let us know what you think 👊🏼💥
The old school longer videos is what got me hooked on the channel, so I am for it. Great cook!

Yessir, I'd say you did nail it! I have a 4 1/2 lb one for Easter Sunday and plan to follow this recipe exactly on the ol Weber. With the "tips" will probably go retro-fancy in a fondue pot with beef broth, red wine and garlic cloves

You got it - endgrainusa.com/
Makes no sense to cut meat off the ends if you tie it up. Fold the ends under after trimming the fat and silver skin. It will help keep the main body of the loin stay rare and juicy, plus you have some cooked a little more for folks who do not like rare.
