Unlike other types of meringue, Swiss Meringue is cooked at a low temperature in the oven, giving it a unique and delicious texture.

Ingredients:
250g egg white (7 medium-sized eggs)
500g of common sugar
200g very cold whipping cream
5 tablespoons blueberry jam (Optional)
OVEN at 90 Degrees for 90 Minutes
Tip: leave the oven door a little open, placing a kitchen towel or oven mitt on it.
It helps steam escape and dries your MERINGUES very well.
The meringues or sighs are fragile but not delicate. It is a sweet that you can make in advance for the Candy bar or some other event.
