How to make meringue cake pavlovas(easy recipe)

Hello
This is the recipe for Pavlovas.
Decorate large meringue cookies with fruit and whipped cream.
It's a cake we eat together and the texture is very good.
It's easy to make, so try it.
Ingredient
4 egg whites,sugar(1cup),2 teaspoons lemon juice,1 teaspoon vanilla extract,2 teaspoons corn starch
whipping cream 200ml,sugar 1table spoon+1teaspoon,fruit for topping

Tried this recipe and it turned out perfect!!! I used the same recipe and made mini ones to share w my colleagues and divided it into 9 . Super cute! But i used cream cheese frosting instead of just whipped cream to balance out the sweetness. It was so delicious. Thank u!!

I grew up on pavlova as an Australian stable and we still have it and love it’s light sweet airy joy with fruits custards brandy cream it’s just easy no fuss and welcomed at any get together

Never made pavlova before and this recipe turned out great, look (and sound) exactly like the one in the video! The steps are easy to follow. Tasted nice. I used yellow kiwi fruit. Thank you :) Cut down sugar? I wont recommend. Pavlova is supposedly very sweet. And you add whipped cream and fruits to balance the sweetness.

was the oven preheated to 120-130 Celcius or Farenheit?

Do you think Stevia could replace the sugar with the same result?? I can't have the sugar.🥺

@@karenclark2658 думаю что это в ваших интересах, пробуйте. Можно сделать сначала пол порции, если что.) Но если у человека диабет то лучше отказаться и от такой выпечки. Но это только на мой взгляд. Есть хорошая книга Марвы Оганян Экологическая медицина. И видео уроки здоровья Михаил Советов. Это постепенно подарит вам здоровье. Но это только на мой взгляд. Каждый решает сам как лечиться и что делать со своим здоровьем. Думаю что пищевые паузы на сутки на воде тоже принесут пользу здоровью. Но это всё нужно делать со знанием дела. Хорошо вы сначала узнать о пользе голодания. Например Поль Брегг написал хорошую книгу о голодании. Во благо Вам. )
I love this recipe so so much. Super easy to make and super delicious! Great way to use up leftover egg whites too! I've made this multiple times and shared it with my family who also loved it! I have egg whites in the fridge right now as we speak and I'm planning on making these pavlovas again very soon. Thank you so much for the recipe

I fold in lemon curd straight into the whipped cream. It's SO good!! I've never used kiwis as one of my fruits so not sure how that would go together but strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and even blackberries with a lemon curd whipping cream is chef kiss perfection... 😋

Если к сливкам добавить сливочный сыр(на 200г сливок+100 сыра) получится просто офигенный крем. Я так делаю. Ой забыла сказать, выглядит десерт супер! 👍👍👍
