Small binding problem (supermatic heel cradle)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I found that the step in process was a little fiddly and the culprit was my rear foot cradle arm! It was to tight or maybe a little dry causing it to be in the way on the downward press. I don't think it is a common issue but who knews? However this is the way to address and solve the issue. We are here to help.
There are some other considerations and recommendations I will go over in the next time on snow, plus tomorrow clip will address a few things that will help with getting in & out of the system!
Stay tuned more to come just like the snow, fingers crossed!

Might be worth a bit of red loctite. I keep the glue-stick style loctite with all my tools and parts as it makes much less of a mess when applying to bolts.

I think the retention on the screws is tight enough that they aren't going to loosen up, more moving parts more to think about.

What’s your take on the bindings overall? I’m looking at these and a set of flow nx2s for my new board so any info would be helpful

I like the Supermatic but it can be a little fiddly, however the convinces is great. Still the coming out is a slightly longer process due to the push down lever for release! The highback not folding down on the heelside into the path of the push foot is something that I would consider problematic on the flow or nidecker rear entry systems! So like most binding's pro's & con's seem standard, hope this helps?
