Not too sure-for security reasons-that I'd want a door from the bedroom to the porch. Have to go to the kitchen for coffee first, anyway. And a railing around the porch, so kids and elderly don't fall off, and for people to sit on, or prop their feet.

Thanks for hearing us older folks asking for a chair height eating area. Other than a couple of personal changes, the bones are great. I love the bedroom access to the back porch and I'd be tempted to close in a small portion of the back deck for a small sunroom reading space. I live where there are long cold winters so it would be more usable that way.

While there are a few adjustments I'd make, the overall plan is pretty solid.

Missing a good entrance when you enter. No place to place outdoor gear. Things will just be dumped on the floor meaning accidents will happen 🤔😱🤕

Not a fan of the bathroom vanity tops. The storage space may be nice, but the room feels too full. The bathroom sink counters leave no work space. The above counter sink overpowers the small vanity. I generally like the layout and decorating. I wish there was a bit of entryway for coats and shoes.

I hate when they put those cabinets on an already too small bathroom counter. It just doesn't look good and robs you of counter space.
