    TLDR: Similar performance on similar drivetrains. Both perform very well for what they are, except for the final one rear wheel test. Any difference in performance is just a matter of different tuning.

    Kona did very well, only last test failed but likely because of the tc software, which seemed less aggressive than the Suzuki.

    @@4x4.tests.on.rollers Turns out that Hyundai didn't act well in the situation of single rear wheel has traction not even turn on the diff lock and esp off.

    So close for the Kona. TFLcar was able to get it to pass on their test with a single rear on pavement, but I think their rollers have more friction. kzread.info/dash/bejne/qHxp1tRxY7LTl6Q.html

    There are two differences between the rollers. Their ones for sure have more friction (sometimes squeaking and smoking) but the most important is that they are "flat", wheels are not sitting deep between the cylinders.

    @@4x4.tests.on.rollers it is two tests that matter - with only one front wheel on ground and with only one rear, so it failed in 1 of 2 (or succeed in 1 of 2, as you like more) tests

    @@tobhawk Tests on three rollers simulate extremely rare situations, possible in real conditions but very rare. Tests on two rollers simulate a lot of real situations so they are the same important 🙂
