    Angela Harkin 190C she said :) For 50 minutes covered with foil, then drain excess fat & pop back in uncovered for a further 10 to crisp up x

    Have you considered putting half the mix in the loaf tin then placing your boiled eggs in then the rest of the mix. Would save you wrestling with a wet mix.!!!
