Ange as I don't like chunky corgette or carrott when i do things like this i grate them both and they blend into the meat and sauce more and you don't know they are there.

I made it today delicious. I added cottage cheese with eggs and yoghurt.

omg - I love tomatoes. :-) eat them and I mean loads every single day. tinned or fresh lol Great recipe though and will try it with Quorn mince as I don't eat meat.
