Why are people asking how many syns? If you're doing Slimming World, look at the ingredients! ..you should know this is Free - so long as the cheese comes from the Healthy Extra A choice and that the Tomato Puree doesn't have oil in it.

All this crap about 'Tweaks' is pathetic. Use your common sense.. any tweak is fine so long as it is eaten as/with a healthy main meal. You need to eat speed foods with it, that's all. I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks... proof is in the pudding! ..so to speak lol

Looks tasty, and easy to do, will have to try this.
