Kate Brookes some say yes but can't find any solid answers to what the syn value would work out to or if it is even to be syned. some say as long as you don't eat it all the time then it should be fine.

It’s says on the slimming world app that instant mash does have sins how many depends on the brand you are using so I’m totally confused it’s saying one thing on the app and another in the group 🤔 lm new so all a bit confusing what dose it Being considered a Mail mean then do some sinned foods not need to be counted if you’re using them as ingredients in a dish?

Hi leah vapes86 Its always updated , what was syn free one year can change the next . So much so a new book is out for December 2018 ( if I understand it right ) ....new to slimmimg world only been going 7 weeks hope I,ve got it right x
