How many slices do you make from the weetabix cake ? Is it 5 subs per slice or the whole thing?

I have made the weetabix cake lots of times. I usually take it to taster. It always goes down well. I'll try the Eton mess soon. x

I love Weetabix so I'm definitely going to give the Weetabix cake a try. x

What watt..lol no heat do I use for the mug cake please ? I bang everything on full power and pray generally! Lo I did some Mornflake porridge oats for breakfast the other day and it grew bigger and bigger one something from a 1950' s B movie and then exploded lolo.I loathe take sugar by age fund that Stevia/ capitol really brilliant in my porridge ,Ijust out about 1/2 two of real demerera. sugar on the top so it looks ' normal' lol.I' he spoken to the class leader in the phone tonight and it's £49 to join? Is that right and do I have to buy the syn calculating books I top of that d you know?? I' m fighting two ' life limiting ' autoimmune diseases so can't just up to the gym and jump I my bike etc ,I' m 52 and have zero support in a new part if they too and have started this as a challenge ,a focus kick back at the crap I' he the through ,build self esteem and hostile meet a few cool folks at the group .Did anyone else know if this program difficult to do as a vegetarian/ vegan? bought 2nd hand SYNS book eBay and couldn't find some of my normal oddball foods is seitan so a bit confused.but bloody determined !!
