it depends where you've been stabbed obviously, if she was stabbed in the upper body, its possible to be able to maintain that, and also depends how deep the wounds were too

For those who want more context, one of the 2 girls behind that stabbing were diagnosed with schizophrenia and was sent to a mental institution for around 22 years. The other one not diagnosed with it was sent to an institution for 15 years. One of them later wrote an apology note to Peyton describing how much they regret that disgusting immoral act that they did. The other one kept silent.

I can still recall my first time watching this, the same year it came out and being only eleven years old and also at the same time - being a part of the Creepypasta fandom, where Slenderman originated from back then and it really just...Unnerved me, scared me shitless. It for the longest time scared me not just out of the CP fandom, but in general any internet horror and those who were into it. I can still recall just how much of an impact this had too on the Creepypasta fandom - it ended up dying out to almost nothing and over in the recent years just began to rebuild itself and people having to state at every chance that "Hey, this character is not real, none of this is real, do not do ANY OF THIS.". It confused me as to how those two girls could believe someone that I thought was obvious that didn't even exist to begin with. I hope she's doing okay today, no kid or anybody deserves to go through anything this traumatic and painful. No one.

I was 12 and getting quite into conspiracy videos on KZread. Men in black, aliens, ghosts, photos that shouldn't exist, illuminate etc. I suppose that's why this story was recommended to me. I never truly believed them, but when I saw this, I realized just how easily I could have. I'm fairly gullible. I guess cause I always had intelligent adults in my life that I could trust. If I didn't already have strong beliefs on what was real and what wasn't, I could be a damn 'moon landing was faked' person right now. Though this is different, internet algorithms can take you to dark places. Also I believe the leader Morgan was schizophrenic. That's why she so truly believed slenderman was real.

i believe Morgan's father was very strict when it came to her internet usage, even including the whole "no closed doors" rule, but he didn't know anything about what Creepypasta was. not defending him as this all could've been prevented by her parents in multiple ways. while him not knowing is the reason, it definitely wasn't an excuse

It is great to see how she is doing through this 7 years! She is so open minded, she is now studying to help young children in the medical field. She wants to do it because she feels that it is important after what she learned from that experience. I hope she is doing well!

in my opinion, the operator was just trying to grasp information, like what kind of weapon was used. if she was stabbed by something pointed like an ice pick then there would be no bleeding (or maybe minimal). this kind of information are critical for them so they could send the appropriate help. and btw by that time nobody knows how many times she got stabbed.

EDIT: since some people have upvoted this comment lately, let me point out a key flaw in the OP comment that I have mentioned further down in the comment chain: - The caller didn't say "she's been stabbed", despite OP's misquote. He said "She *appears* to be stabbed". That is not confirmation that she was indeed stabbed. It's critical that emergency operators ask these very simple leading questions to confirm what is going on, and to lead the callers into providing useful and genuine information that medical personal needs to know. If they just provide distressed guesses, which at worst could be false information, it could lead to the victims getting mistreated or the medical staff not being prepared to save them.

I'm so happy to see her smile. For a 12-year-old, being stabbed 19 times, by her only best friends, out of nowhere. God, it wasn't just the physical pain but also the emotional pain, the betrayal that she had to go through. Best wishes to her and her family.

the girls were actually proven innocient by insanity. I don't remember if it was both or just one, but at least one of the girls was diagnosed with schizophrenia. its believed that that's what motivated her. They are still serving time and rightfully so, but they are also receiving treatment and will be released.

They both got sended to a mental institution. One of them them for 22 years and the other for 15. One of the girls wrote an apology but the other girl kept silent. (I got this info from the comments so I’m not entirely sure this is true)

I'm just happy that those girls spent and wasted their lives doing this! They went to kids jail and now adults and are going to be in prison. She even said that was just a mistake and I did that by accident and things and saying this is not who I am! I love this little girl!! She was not meant to leave us that dreadful day. Seeing her loving those kittens brings tears to this grandma's eyes. Peyton will give good things to the world, just like she's giving to the baby kittens. And her parents still have her, thank God. ❤
