    @Justin Royalty How is prison not fair and just? I hope you do know that an asylum is pretty much worse than prison if you think thats what they should get or maybe they should just be released because they are mentally ill? And you seem to really depend on the mentally ill argument but do you know that as a fact? What mental illness exactly do you diagnose them with? Do you have any professional study about mental illness that you can diagnoss them without even seeing them? Regardless of mentally ill or not I saw the investigation videos of the girls while morgan doesnt seem to be mentally healthy or atleast lacks any emptahy after stabbing a person 19 times so I'd say she most likely have some mental illness but that doesn't make her crime forgiveable and she proven that she has no place to fit in a normal society and thus should be kept locked up if not put down she also was dancing and singing in the investigation room so she really doesnt seem like it affected her in anyway or that she wouldnt do it again so why even bother keep her alive? As for anissa tho she perfectly explains in the investigation where the story came from she says and I roughly qoute it may not be accurate but should be similiar "I found the story (Slender Man story) in a creepy pasta site that has scary stories to intentionally scare you" now she seems to understand very well that those stories are fake and are created intionally to scare people yet she decided to plan with a friend on how she is going to murder another friend in the woods for this scare story character so she deffiently seems like her mind was clear and she knew what she was doing and only wanted to check if its true so she desrve the death penalty honestly and her parents are far worse probably for raising her with a mindset like that. Honestly from this interview it seems like the fault is somewhat on the parents and how they raised those girls they try to find excuses to why their child shouldn't be in jail disregarding the child's action.

    @Justin Royalty when you say jail is made for hardened criminals what do you mean? Do you mean rapists? Maybe you mean murders? Murderers like idk the two who brutally stabbed their truely innocent 12 year old friend because of a story that one of them admitted to be out of a site that make ups story to intentionally scare people revealing she knew the story was bullshit but probably used it to manipulate the other girl to stab her other friend 19 times with the intent to kill her so you mean hardend criminals like this? And yes I belive they both should receive death penalty if its been proven beyond reasonable doubt with clear evidence that they attempted to take someone's right to live for apperantly no reason than they should not have the same right theirselves if they have no value to human life they just cannot fit into society and would keep disregarding human life Edit: and just to make it clear it has nothing to do with the fact they are children or mentally ill if a person takes someone's life or attempts to with no justifiable reason like self defence or such than why should he have the right to live if he disregards other's? And yes mental asylum would be far worse from jail if you're just a bad person and not insane because this place would drive you insane so just sending them there because of a diagnose of someone of youtube would be far worse from jail neither are a good places to be in but again we are talking about 2 murderers sooo they belong in either deffiently not in a normal society with morals And you think that its that inhuman that I see them as not being able to fit into society I dont understand what you're shocked about idc if they are not in society while in prison or in a mental asylum or dead I'd just rather not even have the chance of this two "mentally ill" that cant control their murderous urges to not be able to walk within normal people who can keep themselves from stabbing their friends because of a scary story. Basically theres nothing innocent about them and I dont see why people will need to pay from their tax money to keep feeding those two animals who cant keep themselves from *fucking murdering people for no apperant reason rather than oh i read it online smh*

    @Justin Royalty So what do you suggesest? Let them go free? Maybe explain nicely why stabbing a person and him screaming and begging for you to stop would be worng would fix that but surely we cant hurt their precious special feelings right? They commited a crime its not even just stealing candy from the local store we are talking murder its not just a serious crime its one of the most if not the most morally worng crime they carefully planned such crime when they are only 12 if you belive they wont attempt anything like that again you're completly naive. What about the girl that been stabbed 19 times by who she thought were her best friends imagine her hearing this 2 are now released the 2 girls who tried to murder her fearing they might try again because as you said their minds are fucked up. And whats inhuman is not my opinion whats inhuman is stabbing someone 19 times. And yes I dont feel that I should pay from my money to keep ones who tried to take ones life in such a brutal way healthy and well fed and make sure their feelings arent hurt they made the choice of breaking such a serious law that is not just illegaly worng its one of the most morally worng laws to break and if such person cannot understand just the ground morals of society he shouldn't be part of it and we sure doesnt need to keep him alive well fed or safe.

  • @soldier6173

    @Justin Royalty Firstly not only you're worng and just try to dismiss any responsibility off of attempted murder if they were mentally ill a psych would have determind that you think they werent mentally evaluated? If they were sentenced to jail it means they couldnt plead insanity so no they are not poor mentally ill children they are just two 12 year old who decided to murder over a story stop trying to justify their actions for all I care they can rot in a jail cell or a mental asylum aslong as they are not back on the streets killing more people because they just needed to express themselves and we are complete morons for judging them... would be better if I didnt need to pay to keep those "mad dogs" as you called them alive if they keep attacking from their madness and btw dogs who got rabids for example and are "mad dogs" are put down so... No matter how much you want them to be innocent and innocent person doesnt plot murder and stabs another person *19 FUCKING TIMES REPEATDLY*

    The thing is, the child is being published (as they should), but it doesn’t change the fact that a parent still loves their child and wants to be able to see or comfort them. I imagine it must have been heart breaking and horrific for the parents to come to terms with what their children had done, and to just leave them in a jail for years and never see them- particularly as 12 year olds. Don’t get me wrong, the kids need to be there. But it’s hard for a parent to not long to see their child or hug them,

By doing this, you guys multiply ad revenue so hard and you make money for each individual part. Truly genius I am not even mad, I am impressed.

    Judging by the interview you can tell that Morgan's mother has issues. She sounds like an overprotective parent, and probably raised Morgan in a toxic environment. She doesn't seem pained or apologetic towards her daughter's actions. As a parent myself if my child did something of that nature I would be terribly hurt because that's not the kind of person I would want him to be.

    *”I can’t kiss her, I can’t hug her.”* Well, had your daughter succeeded, that couple wouldn’t even see their daughter again, and if they did see her, she’d be dead, rotting in the ground. *”Where’s my daughter?”* Oh, she’s stabbing her friend and then running off with another friend to the mansion of their god, Slenderman. *”Morgan has never hurt a fly.”* Sure, but she will stab friends of her multiple times with another friend and run away. I know that they’re your kids but stop trying to make them out as the victims. I don’t care they only got 40 hours of fresh air, Peyton, she almost never got to breathe again. If they think that they’re gonna make me feel bad about Morgan and Anissa, they’re terribly mistaken. Nobody deserves to be stabbed 19 times at age 12. She’s a champ for surviving that. Thank god, that man rode his bike on that particular path that day, if not, Peyton would’ve died. Edit: @LauraTheExplora: Well, there’s only one thing I can say here. I get your opinion and I respect it but Morgan and Anissa’s moms need to understand the seriousness of the crime their daughters had committed. Peyton could have been killed. And these moms, they are just so calm about everything. If I was in Morgan and Anissa’s place, my mom would not try to defend what I did, because she knows, that a child could have been killed and what a serious matter this was. My mom does love me unconditionally but she would not try to defend my case as a “running away with your imagination”. Again, I respect your opinion but here’s some explanation to some people who think that the children merely wanted to become proxies of Slenderman.

    GuerinGrad09 you're an idiot! the U.S "judicial system" is an embarrassment. that fat little troll of a judge got this wrong!! If a guy touched those girls, everyone would call them innocent little babies....but if they succumb to delusion and mental illness...they're magically adults? This country is a shithole. With that being said, I'm very happy to see that the other girl seems okay. oh, just a thought...where were these guardian angels I hear so much about...from "rational" adults??!??

  • @GuerinGrad09

    @GuerinGrad09

    6 жыл бұрын

    You think I'm an idiot because I disagree with you? Hmm... The PROBLEM with charging them as juveniles is that there is a LIMIT on how long they can stay in custody. At 21 years or age the court HAS NO CHOICE BUT to release them into society. Charged as adults they will stay in custody until they are safe enough to be released into society. All I hear about in this case is how they are children and deserve to be treated as children. Children or not they tried to murder an innocent 12 year old. And yes, I used the words "innocent 12 year old" because that is exactly what Payton is. She is the victim and yet people are more concerned about her near-killers fate. People should be happy they aren't going to jail. One of them (Anissa) had NO mental health problems and yet she still gets to avoid jail time. They can petition for release EVERY 6 MONTHS. I do hope that Morgan Geyser's mental illness gets better. Mental illness is a horrible problem and I have nothing against people who have it. You have to remember though that most people with mental illnesses DONT go out and try to kill someone.
