We'll examine your face shape 05:15 then browse through a magazine to find a perfect haircut for you. I'll cover you with a guard 16:16 and spray a bit of water on your hair 18:38 before I start combing through your beautiful hair 20:02 and cut it 26:16 . I'll gently brush off excess hair 36:06 and recline you. I'll start washing your hair 39:42 , apply shampoo 43:23 and a mask, then dry it with a towel and qtip. I'll spray a bit of leave in treatment 55:40 and comb it through 57:20 and will start blow-drying your hair 59:19 nice gently. I'll check the final result 1:06:06 and run my fingers through your hair for a bit to relax you more :) Thank you! I hope you enjoy it! ♥

Thank you so much for this. I sometimes have crippling panic attacks that will get bad enough I end up in the hospital. This video has been a huge help in helping me calm down and prevent them from ever getting that bad.

Congrats on your sobriety. It’s not easy. I recommend FeMale ASMR, Articulate Design, Late Night Tingles, Latte, Rapunzel, Dennis, MarkASMR to name a few 🙂 Rapunzel tends to do a lot of hair, face, and ear exams (which I love). Mark and Dennis focus more on little gadgets and tools and mouth sounds. Articulate Design always does very elaborate roleplays.

She is really the best ASMR of all.. i play her videos in the evening when my 2 cats are home for the night, to help my newly adopted cat to feel good, and to make my other cat feel less stressed about this new arrival home.. and i love it for myself in my bed to fall asleep.. she triggers these magic tingelings.. a real treat for the mind..

Can u imagine a salon where it was required that you only whisper. No other talking permitted with perfect ambient lighting and aromatherapy scents? That would be truly worth spending a paycheck on!! 🤫❣️🤗

LilaDaDinosaur she mentioned in her most recent video about Tips for ASMR that she researched what she’ll be role playing as. Like if she was going to be a dentist, she’d research all the materials used, words used, and watch ACTUAL real life videos of a dental exam so she could make is as real and genuine as possible. Does anyone else use Maria's videos to calm their dog? My beagle has terrible separation anxiety. For years I've tried music, Rescue Remedy, vigorous morning walks, morning massage, entire seasons of Parks and Recreation...nothing worked completely. I set a GentleWhispering playlist for him before leaving for work one day, and it was MAGIC. I thought my doggie cam app wasn't working, because there were no bark alerts the entire day! He listens to Maria all day every day now, and is a content dog. THIS IS A MIRACLE!!!!!! As for me, every night I fall asleep to Maria's videos and sleep all the way through the night. Also a miracle!!! This video is my absolute favorite. Thank you so much, Maria, for sharing your talent. I am so grateful!!!

I have the same problem sometimes and this video helps me so much, but I also use a noise app like fans. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I’m not sure why but it helps. Maybe it can help you too.

These videos literally helped me quit drinking. My insomnia was so bad that alcohol was the only thing that could get me to sleep.... Until now. So glad I watched that episode of "Follow This" about ASMR because I had never heard of it before, and honestly thought it was weird AF, but then they got to the part about you and next thing I know my scalp has goosebumps and chills are running down my spine and even though I wasn't even sure what the hell I was watching I wanted more!!! That being said, I would love to see some videos of you doing whatever (as long as youre whispering) but with the sound of rain in the background, like getting all cozy in bed and reading a story on a rainy night? I’ve watched this countless times but this morning, it’s different. I used to get bullied a ton for having thick, curly hair. I am half black and half white, honestly my hair is really beautiful but it took me a long time to love it (it’s like long mermaid hair, it’s unique!) but recently, an older white man harassed me about my hair. Calling me “crazy hair” and made me feel like I was in school being bullied again. I’m a strong gal but sometimes you’re dragged right back into that old trauma. Anyway, thank you to Maria for saying she could “play with my hair all day, it’s so soft!” I didn’t even know I needed to hear that. Whoever reads this to the end, you’re so beautiful and I love you.

Oh Maria! I wish I could capture the look my 3 month old daughter has when she hears your voice. I didn’t intend to dose her with ASMR but sometimes I listen to you to help me remain calm during trying times with an infant. You’re just as hypnotizing to babies as you are to adults. I just put this video on around bedtime which has been particularly fussy and she just zoned out on you. She went down less than 10 minutes into the video. You’re just the best. When you have children you’re years as an ASMR Goddess will serve you well. I wonder, might you consider a bedtime story RP? Thanks again. 💋💋

I decided to check out ASMR in early 2020, after hearing it casually mentioned on a podcast. I have very bad anxiety, depression, and tummy issues. I was so lucky to have discovered Maria right away. I have watched this video a dozen times, and it is my favourite by far. Her voice is so soothing and her mannerisms are so gentle, I feel as though she's in the room with me. It helps so much with my anxiety and insomnia. I appreciate this so, so much.

Your depression and anxiety are caused by stomach problems. You need to boost your microbiome by eating more cultured foods like sauerkraut, and salted pickles and taking probiotics. Remove all sugar from your diet, including honey and agave, and eliminate starchy foods.

Somewhere along the years, I forgot to revisit your channel for sleep relaxation (I replace my insomnia symptoms with reading through the nights). Your videos and channel are my first introduction to ASMR on KZread or anywhere else. i watched this video almost every night back in late 2020 - mid 2021 when i was going thru the worst time of my life and im glad that its one of the positive things that i can remember from that era

I love the sound of that magazine! Not the paper flipping but the material of magazines!❤❤just LOVE it!

My daughter, 7 has been having issues falling asleep. But thanks to your videos, this one in particular, it's been much easier. Thank you Maria, for being kick ass

Appreciate this, and you, Maria. I've been dealing with my depression and anxiety very harshly the past couple weeks, with all of that stuck on top of a lot of emotional turmoil. It's left me in a very dark place, and I really, really appreciate this.

I hope things improve for you soon. In my own experience with depression, I found it helpful to really take the time to enjoy the few things that brought me pleasure - like Maria’s videos - and to remind myself to be kind to myself and stop beating myself up. I don’t know if that’s something you do, but a symptom of depression is to think in extremes and berate yourself by saying “I always do this,” or, “Everything in my life is terrible,” or, “Good things will never happen to me.” And things are never actually that black and white. I hope you can be as generous and kind to yourself as Maria in her videos, and that you are able to find the source of your pain and find peace with it, and heal.

Hey dear.. I really wish you get over from your depression. It's really hard to listen to someone regarding that but you can still give a try and try some counseling. You should discover asmr more. More new artist. I recently discovered this channel called ASMR CONFIDENTIAL. He's videos are quite different and very effective. He's a brilliant artist and you'll like his video for sure. Do check him out and guide him in or whatever
