Sleep Hygiene - Still Relevant?

Sleep hygiene is frequently referenced on websites as an intervention for those with chronic insomnia. Whilst that was true in the past, sleep science has moved on. In this video I'll overview the underlying principles of sleep hygiene but also introduce current recommendations with regards to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia known as CBT-I.

    Apartments are expensive where I live. I'm considering a single room studio flat with a sofa bed... will that have a strong effect on my sleep? It would be much more convinient.

    It will depend more on the lighting and sound conditions than the size.

    Hi sir....I had one query....I selected to MD physiology one of institute in India....how is future scope in md physiology? How is neurophysiology as a branch after completion of PG nd we can do superspeciality in sleep medicine after md physiology pg??
