Id argue against that. The top IFBB pros can get a pro-level physique even without roids. Look at Ronnie Coleman for example. Kai Greene. Phil Heath. Its all down to genetics.

Well it's not even a secret, everyone know your muscles will getting big or increase 20-30% of the size after pump or doing constant hard work such lifting something, ect While steroids will increase 70-80% of the muscles size You should know the difference, sure steroids give more increase, but it's dangerous for your healthy and the effect duration is to low. The next day you'll look skinny again lmao

I hate how people thinks taking steroids is wrong and doesn't need hard work when you take one.Whats wrong is claiming they're natty while on steroids.That is very wrong planting bad influence on people especially in social media causing muscle dysmorphia among people especially teenagers.Otherwise being natural or on steroids has their own pros and cons.

@@baldyolk there are only aesthetic pros for being on steroids, other than that its all cons, including hair loss, increased cardiovascular risk, infertility and liver damage, to name just a few. Taking steroids is wrong, similar to eating a junk food diet or smoking

You can’t win when it comes to how others see you. They will always find something wrong or a reason to put you down. The only thing you can do is recognize and be proud of what you’ve accomplished. At the end, if you’re happy with who you are, that’s all that matters. Believe me, I have to tell myself this everyday. A childhood of being teased and bullied for being too skinny affects you for the rest of your life.

The people judging are so set on being mediocre that they're unhappy and want you to feel the same. They're jealous it's all it is, I've dealt with this with my fitness journey when I finally got "massive" they went from "you're too skinny stop going to the gym" to "you should get a better job mine pays way more than yours".

Its actually impressive the way you pointed out the strategy of many social media influencers and body builders that they just change the angles of photos and show a fake transformation journey.... It actually works, because when you use an ultra wide camera while clicking photos, you try to cover more and more areas, and the main intention of clicking the photo is capturing huge pieces of land or monuments or many people in a single frame, so it's usually not appropriate for clicking a single human picture.... The angles are not good, and also the body proportions are not accurate either.... Even the main lens is made for clicking a little wider shot than the real necessity.... The telephoto lens does the perfect job of handling the natural proportions and making things look exactly how they are
