Skinny Pedal Fab RZR tube chassis kit | PT 2 | Putting together the lower | RZR TURBO ROCK BOUNCER

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Its TOUGH to make a how to video when its your first time figuring something out LOL!
So this kit went together pretty easy. We double checked all the angles and measurements and this kit is spot on. HUGE time saver and all suspension geometry is CORRECT!
We hope this helps people put together this kit and build your own rzr rock bouncer. Follow the build as we get going on it. #rzr #rzrbouncer #rzrturbo

We’ve built two buggies without the kit. Had jigs on the table for a-arm mounts and a recipe book of measurements for everything else and this kit put all that to shame in a hurry. Super easy and accurate. We won’t build another one without using it again I’d say.

Guys.. this is so cool! I know it would be way easier just to build it without videoing. I really appreciate you guys putting in extra work so we can learn along the way. Really really cool. I wish I was closer because I would live to volunteer to help and learn

We started out in town and all that equipment stuffed in a two car garage. Whew it was cramped in there lol. Best thing about the buggy’s are the wheelbase you choose and the beef of the frame. And no plastic lol. We’ve not seen too many buggy’s we didn’t like. It’s hard for us to say something doesn’t look good that someone built since we know all the time and effort it took to do a custom build. Thanks for following along!

I've been quite out of the loop for the most part since the fire, trying to get back into the swing of things. Just popped in to get caught up a bit, can't wait to see the rest of the series, kit looks awesome! We're gonna be riding Royal Blue in Oct 9-12 or thereabouts, any chance we could team up and ride together?

Yup. Was a slow build in the background to make it affordable for the customer. Sondidnt film much after the kit got put together. Got it ready for Powdercoat. About two years ago he picked it up to get powdercoated and a fuel cell built and haven’t seen it since. His rzr is still here in pieces and a lot of parts ready to go in chassis. Don’t know what alls going on with it.
