You’re totally right I’m so impressed despite of they are Korean they’ve made a great job! That’s so inspiring for a Spanish native speaker like me. I’ve made great Corean friend and man! It’s hard for them the pronunciation therefore I’m proud of these two singers!

I'm not in general a kpop stan and I'm not a 2nd gen kpop fan, but I can say for sure, they don't make vocalists like this anymore, it's so rare to see vocalist in kpop groups with that power

I dont think so I think that they just dont get a chance to do things like this anymore, kpop is all about business at the end of the day. That means they do songs alot of listeners will listen to and majority of kpop listeners are a younger audience so they do songs for a younger audience, i recommend you listen to txt 20cm is a new song and it showcases vocals that are so out of this world and there only 17-20.

Why Park Bom will never be one of the best Korean vocalists? Even Teddy Park, G-Dragon and Taeyang have mentioned how unique her voice is, "you won't find another voice like it in all of Asia".... It is unfortunate that much of the new generation of "Kpopers" are not aware of Park Bom's talent and powerful voice which is unique without a doubt.

Soyou is a great singer indeed. It's just whenever she sings with Hyorin she overshadows her but obviously not on purpose. The case is that Hyorin has such a unique tone combined with a nice vocal range and power that not many singer can keep up with her. But Soyou is definitely a really good singer especially if she sings solo. Just my opinion :)

Soyu definitely have a great voice. Her and Hyorin just have different tone and vocal colors. In this song Hyorin just stand out more and it wasn't because Soyu didn't sang it well because she did. The main reason why she did not stand out as Hyorin is because she kinda lack the emotion and the hurt in her voice wasn't that evident while Hyorin is singing this with so much hurt in her voice that I can feel her heartache. I think Soyu focuses too much in hitting all the right notes and in singing technically well that she kinda fallback in the emotion. So people naturally like Hyorin singing the song better. But Soyu have an awesome vocal color. If they sang a song like 'Some' or a sweeter tune she would have definitely stood out more. This song just better it Hyorin.

many idols with good voices in Korea such as Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunmi, Cungha, and others. but their voice is truly Korean. but different from hyorin and soyou, they have international or universal voices, their voices sound familiar to the ears even though only hear 1 or 2 times. Thank you starship entertainment. sistar is a talented group. you're great at finding these two best singers.

@Dnoo Dodi: not really, if you watch some Christina's live performances, you will see She always did a lower tone version (for the the part at 2:54 in this clip) but she still not able to reach all high notes perfectly like Hyolin. I admit Christina has a power voice, but she seems not know to use it effectively

I found that these girls have too soft-vocals for Christina Aguilera's songs. However, it's great to hear the high notes. Christina took all her high notes into higher larynx, which I'm supposed to make her a bit weak when singing high notes. She has all the power to do it in her Back To Basics tour, though. It's fun to hear her F5s when she performed "Understand". The higher larynx made her can't do those high notes all the time, even prevent the vibratos from coming out (With the exception of her performance of "Oh, Mother" at MTV, the high note is beautifully done with vibratos coming out nicely. It seems that she gotten her larynx position right, that time). However, I found that her "technique" is unique and well done, and because of her, I can really sing.

Damn, SoYou was pitch perfect! Clear notes! HyoLyn is drenched in emotion! Loved this performance so so much!

Soyou has a perfect balance of a strong voice and strong falsetto. And with Hyorin it just sounds just as beautiful. I don't think Soyou gets enough credit for the high notes that she does. Because it's one thing that you can belt, but it's another thing where you can reach high notes but to sing with such elegance is just so amazing to me. Both of these women have different strengths when it comes to singing. For me, I prefer Soyou's voice but I love Hyorin nonetheless, and she and Ailee are seriously one of few top singers of Korea. You people comment and say Soyu's english is bad and she can't sing. How about YOU try singing a Korean song in Korean, let's see if you sing it perfect. To her it's hard singing in english and actually she did REALLY good. She worked hard to sing this song and all you guys did was let her down. How do you think she felt? She's living the dream she wanted, she feels proud of herself for this song and you guys letting her down. Yeah Hyorin can sing really good, I love her. But don't go around saying "Hyorin should of sung this herself" Hyorin is having trouble too singing. At least they tried. At least they have a life. Most of you probably sits around on your ass all the time with no life. So why you are sitting on your ass with a computer smashed to your face hating, they are living the dream and on a higher level than you.

Sistar, without any doubt, has the best vocals for girl groups. Fight me if you want, but you can't deny with the amount of performance they performed. I first heard this song from my school mate way back 2019 and she recently passed away. Now, I'm listening to it now and realized how sad this song was. It became more sadder after hearing this sang by SoYou and Hyolyn😭

hyolyn had everybody in korea scared back then like no one was touching her especially in her PRIME

Soyu has improved A LOT since i listened to her first time tbh i wish there were more soyu's part and her english might not be as good as hyolyins so what? what matters is her vocal and i loved it :-)

I'm kind of shocked that Hyorin literally hit all the notes (THAT MELISMA/VOCAL RUN GURL *BOWS DOWN*) during the bridge; that is seriously the hardest part of the song. No Christina, but that is pretty damn impressive. Obviously this is yards better then her debut tape.

Can i say, this is probably one of the best cover of Christina Aguilera's Hurt? Even though they mispronounced some words, their incredible voices totally evened it out. Such an amazing piece by Hyorin and Soyou...i could totally see them getting into the song and being emotional. I was actually shocked that they could speak English almost perfectly! The hair on my body stood up too lol!

I think this performance is awesome. They definitely have different singing styles but they are both incredibly talented. Hyolyn to me has better pronunciation but Soyou has very good control.
