Watch me, having a first spin on my new Sire V7 2nd generation bass. The sound was directly recorded from the DI out of my MarkBass LittleMarcus 1000 (EQ1 flat, EQ2 "Oldschool" at 9 o´clock, "Millerizer" at 11 o´clock

I have one of the very first V7 when they first launched, really insane PU's and so well built, but boy it's a bit hefty:)

Great basses for sure. The new V2 versions seem to be a bit lighter. Mine is only 4.25kgs, thats great!
So.. how does it compare to your previous jazz basses?

Sire V7 or Yamaha BB 435?

barylll the BB basses are excellent instruments. But personally, I'd prefer the Sire. Please stay safe and healthy.
