As a separated, near divorced mum, I find it so rejuvenating to see that we can still make life ours. So sorry for your loss, but you're an amazing mum and your boy will treasure everything he gets to see and learn

yes i totally agree that is also my plan when i'm older just with a self converted ford transit! i love to have the dream to lve in a bus but it's too expensive so i will chooae a self converted ford transit because it's less expensive!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Im 28 and recently became a widow/single mom myself. I've always wanted a bus but never thought Id be able to do it on my own. Watching this has inspired me to keep reaching for my Skoolie dream. One day :) hopefully

I am so sorry for your loss. Also for your daughters loss. If you ever find yourself in Illinois you can park your bus. Eat and shower. It is just my husband and I. My son is 26 years old and has one daughter. Everly is 3 years old. He lives on his own.

This gives me so much hope I’m a single mom and I’m going to live the bus life, just a gut feeling telling me to go after this lifestyle. Finding a bus can be so discouraging so thank you I really needed to see a single mom living the life I’m headed for

I am raising my kids alone and after 18 years, 2 years to go (minimum), I am exhausted. Be good to eachother especially in hard times because teenagers can be unforgiving and cruel. Not an easy job but being a mother is truly a gift.

So sorry for your loss! I hope that you find peace and strength during your travels!

I am 51 years old. My husband was diagnosed with vascular dementia. Little over year ago. When the day comes when he is no longer with me. Seeing these videos gives me ideas. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Great woman, great mom, someone who just wants to make a positive difference as much as possible, both professionally and personally, but still live life on her terms. Your healing journey is a very fortunate and successful one, but you worked hard for it, deserve it, and made it happen. Definitely a perfect example of dealing with unimaginable pain, but not burying yourself in a bottle of liquor or pills and feeling sorry for yourself (no disrespect to active users), I hope you inspire many to accomplish a positive change in their life.

Omg, first of all I’m sorry your husbands time came so early. Beautiful bus and family. My husband passed recently too in August whilst I was pregnant. I just had our child this January. I’m sitting here frustrated with housing and thinking of doing this. Joey and I did van life together in the past. Feels like a sign. Thank you .

I lost my daddy to covid last year. Witt how everything is going in my life. I told my mother . I wouldn’t mind living out in a RV and travel some. Do some living like my daddy would want me to. It will be therapeutic for my healing. All these episodes that make it so easy . But I would need someone to help me install a lot of this stuff .
