    Hello chef, do you need to change oil when frying 2nd batch and double frying? Thanks

  • @infiniteons

    hoe renwah no need change oil. Ideally you use the same oil which is already hot. In some recipes that I have seen, you need to turn up the heat for second fry as well.

    Hello chef, I couldn’t find the Knorr salted egg powder at any of the Asian stores here in Brisbane Australia so I went online to eBay and found it at a cost of $ 80us per one packet, now I don’t know if this is a joke but I can’t imagine it costing that much in Singapore or any other Asian country. Can you please tell me what you pay for a packet over there? Thank you

  • @spicenpans

    @spicenpans

    Wow. That’s really expensive. We pay $9.90 for the 500g pack or $4.90 for the smaller pack. All prices here are in SGD. I think Knorr doesn’t sell these in Australia.

    Thank you for your quick reply, these were 500g also, I just couldn’t believe my eyes. It would be cheaper to come there and get a few packets, at least I would get a holiday as well. Thanks again for your quick reply. Ps I never miss any of your recipes and try to make as many as I can because you’re the BEST! 🇦🇺🦘🐨
