Spice N' Pans

Spice N' Pans

Hello! We hope you find our recipes useful and that they make cooking easier for you. We are a couple from Singapore. Roland usually cooks on our channel, while Jamie works behind the scenes filming, editing, and doing everything else. We specialise in Singapore-influenced Chinese cuisine, but we also cook other cuisines at times. Roland was born and raised in Singapore, his ancestors are mostly Chinese, with some Korean ancestry courtesy of his maternal grandpa. He began cooking at the age of seven and has since improved his skills by learning from some of our family members who are professional chefs.

When our channel was smaller, we were able to respond to most of your comments, but as our subscriber base has grown, it has become more difficult for us to do so. We both hold full-time jobs, so please accept our apologies if we don't respond to you. We would also appreciate it if you could send us Super Thanks. Thank you so much!

Subscribe to our channel, and keep cooking!

Hello chef, what do you think of the method of burning the skin a little bit and cleaning to get rid of strong taste? Do you find it necessary?

Well I had to look up your description here to see what exactly you were cooking in this pork dish? Because Google voice to text can't hear what you're saying not when you use it on your phone or in captions and they had that you were cooking something called 'throttle'! Which of course I'd never heard of and that's probably because no such dish exists! 🙄 Anyway it looks awesome!
