Nikki: They look delicious. I will try that recipe tonight. I am making a delicious Puerto Rican Style Pernil that's been marinating in the fridge for 24 hours. These will be wonderful with that. Thank you for that recipe.
Put it all together in a bowl with coconut oil with ciñámonos salt etc easy and faster

I do like the trick with seasoning on the baking sheet -- it saves messing up an extra dish.

Nikki I am trying this tonight and the only thing I will do differently is I will mix the seasonings in a ziplock bag and then add the sliced sweet potatoes and toss then place them on the foiled lined baking sheet. Thank you for sharing.
