Simple Pranayama To Alleviate Stress is an easy calming breathing exercise for stress relief. Breathing exercises or pranayama for anxiety are calming breathing techniques that support calming the mind, relaxing the body and the nervous system. You can do this as a morning breathing exercise or evening breath work or anytime for a little rbeak when you want to experience some peace of mind. We practice the three part breath, full yogic breathing and the box breath (box breathing) or sama vritti. Take a few minutes to calm down, before your meditation or before or after your yoga (asana) practice or just for this exercise alone and enjoy the calming effect 💛

    Dear Jenny, lovely breathing exercise, perfect to combine it in my breaktime during work. THX for the good explanation of "boxer breathing" . Breathing ist so underestimated, so i would love to learn, see and practice more breathing - 🙏🏻 namasté 🙏🏻
