This is so helpful, instead of seeing Mark's painting (which is intimidatingly perfect!) Andres painting is beautiful and I can definitely see myself accomplish what he did (ie. less intimidating), having Mark narrate the process is so helpful. One of the best teacher and painter! So grateful!

Thanks to you and your student, Andres! I'm glad to hear about your Geneva company :) A few years ago, I bought a set of Geneva oils, and really like them! Since I do not get the chance to paint very much, my paint tubes are still mostly full. By the time I need more, I do hope Geneva is still in business and thriving, since the products are superior quality.

Mark’s particular workflow is designed for oils in that he premixes all his paint prior to applying any to the canvas. Acrylics would dry.
