I was very impressed when I saw the picture. I have a question Are you going to color it using Terefin oil when you color it for the first time? What kind of oil do you use for secondary coloring?

Hi there, I always use burned umber, from old holland as a first color as it is very opaque and raw umber from winston&newton as a second layer color as this is a very transparent color. For the rest I use ivory black and titanium white from old holland in both first and second layers. My recommendation is to use only a few primary colors on your palette that are opaque as a first layer and a few primary colors on your palette that are transparent as a second. It does't really matter what brand just make sure they are artist grade oil paints. Good luck!

I 'm using only liquin fine detail from Winston newton. In the first layer i thin it 10% with a few drops of oderless sansodor. Seconde layer only liquin fine detail.
