Simple Burger Patties with Fried Red Rice and Veggies
Ingredients:
Patty
- 200g minced beef
- 25g minced onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 egg
Fried Rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cold red rice
- 50g bean sprout
- 50g small diced carrots
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp knorr liquid seasoninga
Gravy
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 beef cubes
- 1 tsp butter
- pinch of ground black pepper
Mixed Pork and Beef Dumplings
- 100g minced pork and 100g minced beef (mixed)
- 2 med. onions (minced)
- 50g carrots (minced)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 eggs
Coleslaw
- 50g cabbage (shredded)
- 50g carrots (shredded)
- 1 tsp thousand island dressings
Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 calamansi
- 1 tsp fried garlic
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- pinch ground black pepper
- 5g minced onion
- 1 minced chili
