    I usually don't comment and hardly watch hair videos but I'm tired just watching. 😩😭 I am going to just be thankful that I realize how blessed I am that I don't do 1/8 of this and My hair almost tail bone length, thick and more importantly healthy. After watching I really am just thankful that I don't have to do all of this to keep my hair up.

    Thanks for the update. Since your last video I researched Collagen peptides and decided to try it. It's only been 2'weeks but I know it probably at least 4 weeks before you notice a difference. I also use aphogee protein treatment I love it!!! And I've added more green to my eating. I make a green drink before going to bed or in the mid morning. I do feel better now I wait on the hair growth and of course most important:::: PRAYER LOTS OF PRAYER AND PRAISE TO OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AND WATER!!!!

  • @takayasweeney

    @takayasweeney

    4 жыл бұрын

    Trina Robinson I stopped sectioning too and my hair shed reduced drastically. It was too much handling. I split it down the middle, wash one side, rinse, then wash the other, then rinse the whole head again. I do an acv rinse then I get out and put on leave-in and gel. I wet it daily, then 3 days later I do another acv rinse followed by Curly Proverbs oil mix. I only use Kinky Curly shampoo, leave-in and gel. I usually wear it curly in a wash n go so I can get to my scalp, but I’m in AZ so wet hair doesn’t bother me much as it’s dry before the end of the afternoon. Lol I baggy nightly, this routine has grown my hair evenly to APL in a few months, from broken off shoulder length hair.💙

I just tried it a couple weeks after I had a trim that was definitely over do. the treatment was awesome I enjoyed the results I needed it. So, I will definitely include this in my hair routine.

    I like that..water ur hair like its a plant. My sister has had a perm for the last 30 years and she never used any oil or grease of any kind..ever. She washes her hair with dollar shampoo and dollar contioner twice a month. All these things u all put on ur hair and all this preparation is a lot. She does none of that. She would water her hair everyday in the shower and let it air dry and she has a beautiful head of healthy thick long hair way passed midways of her back to this day. She doest take any sort of vits at all. She clips its every 8 weeks when she gets her perm and this is it. I really think her watering her hair everyday when she takes a shower is the secret. I really dont know what elae it could be.

    Wow!! You covered everything, every problem that I have because I need to stay on a low spending budget 😊! Congratulations! On your successful hair growth journey. Your hair is amazing! I love your pre-poo, VO5 is one brand that I like too. Aussie is another brand that I like. I use the Apha-gee leave in treatment and the conditioner but the protein treatment is not my favorite. I try to eat veggies mostly, but occasionally I will eat beef or certain fish according to my blood type diet. So Koodos for your persistence, and thank you for sharing. Maybe I can share my success after 6mos, keep my fingers crossed.

    Seems like my hair is at a stand still.. Grows faster in some places than others. But sis I love how your hair has grown.

    Your hair is so pretty. I'm going to try this routine. And that salad looks delicious. Did you create a link to the chart? If you have google drive you can put the pdf in there and share the link out for people to download. I'm going to start this routine today :)

    This was very helpful, I already use the Aphogee 2-step protein treatment and the rice water rinse, which I see great results from both in my hair as far as growth and curl definition. My question to you is; do you actually see the benefits of the biotin drops and could share more about the collagen powder that you add to your smoothies?

    Thank you so much for the tea cover link! I'm in the south, so there's pretty much no avoiding bugs in your house until winter, so this cover will keep them nasty bugs out my damn drink lol.
