The raw fish? The longer the raw fish stays unrefrigerated the higher the chances of it going bad. Thanks for watching

Cover it with anything you have. What you cover it with is not important. You can use the lid of a pot, foil, piece of cloth (but then you will have to wash the cloth immediately after use to prevent cross contamination with other food), etc. Thanks for watching.
