So, I am not a fan of fish, but I had the taste for King Fsh. I prepared like you did a while back and it was yummy. I decided to try again today and it was great! I love the garlic aroma while frying. Thank you!!

Stick with it. I've been there. Still learning but MOST things are now at least edible and sometimes I even get compliments.

The garlic and rosemary gives it an amazing flavour 😁😍

It's when you blend seasonings like thyme, escallion, garlic, onion, Pimento, and pepper if you choose to, along with olive oil until you get a paste
