Meeeee. I just don’t understand anymore. I was obsessed with trying to get this girls’ attention at the beginning of the year, but I never got butterflies when talking to her like with my guy crushes. She’s the closest thing I’ve ever come to a girl crush. One of my friends (she’s a girl too) tried to kiss me after school every day in second grade, so she was actually my first kiss 😳 I felt really awkward thinking about it, and I was kind of ashamed (I never had a problem with girls liking girls, but at the time, I had a crush on a guy), but now that I think about it, the idea isn’t that bad. I don’t understand myself.

I'm also catholic, I found it really difficult to figure it out. I think the reason I didn't find out my sexuality till a month ago was because I though it would be a sin or I thought I would go to hell for it and it didn't help that my family are not the biggest fan of LGBTQ+. I've thought I was straight my whole life and I've realized recently, that the reaosn I didn't find this out earlier was because I felt pressured to be straight because all my family is. Btw I'm Pansexual (foind this out 1 week ago, I've been flip flopping between sexualities but I think this one actually does suit me),I had my first crush on a girl when I was like 5? I get really worried that my friends that are girls will think I have a crush on them so whenever I say that I love them I always have to put platonically at the end, lmao. With that being said, without my friends I wouldn't have found out my sexuality and I'm so thankful for that. My one friend was the one who reassured me before I found out my sexuality that God will love me no matter what, that he will love me no matter what my sexuality is/who I'm attracted to, in this case it's everyone. I feel like that's what pushed me to think about it more and finally realize what my sexuality was.

I’m not sure if this is a sign but I’ve always hated those boy bands most girls were obsessed with in primary school. All my friend loved them and I didn’t.

I’m questioning myself but my biggest concern is that I’m faking it. I only started questioning after I joined a friend group mainly made up of LGBTQIA+ community members. Granted, I had never thought about relationships before that but the questioning only began after I surrounded myself with people within the community. The main issue is my irrational fear of faking it, it’s been holding me off on figuring out what I am for over a year. For example, am I actually questioning or am I subconsciously trying to “match” with other people I know? I did relate to most things in the video and I have even narrowed down my questioning possibilities but is that enough to prove what I am to myself? What I am questioning myself about is being Pansexual and or Demisexual. (I had a dream about questioning my sexuality as well, somewhat strange since I never remember dreams.).

Omg, I can relate to what you said so much, my friend was and is obsessed with LGBTQ+, and more friends too, before I was even friends with them I was questioning my sexuality. Something that kind of helped me figure out my sexuality was my friend made this slideshow just about a lot of the sexualities and that's when I started really questioning it. But that's still my number 1 fear, that I'm just faking it to be like them, I think I'm Pansexual, but still not sure if I'm fr or not, even though I feel like the label Pansexual fits me.

I'm so confused right now. I'm a girl who has identified as straight up till now since I know I liked boys. But I've realized that I've had some experiences with girls before where I didn't know if I liked them or just really wanted to be friends with them. For example, in 3rd grade before I even knew about LGBTQ+ people, I thought a girl was so pretty that I wanted to be her friend really bad. In 6th grade, I always wanted to hang out with this other girl and I even got scared that I liked girls. I was worried my dad wouldn't accept me and didn't want to like girls. In 7th grade, there was another girl who I always wanted to hang out with and I got really excited whenever she would talk to me. I was also really nervous around her. Then, in 8th grade I had that experience with another girl again. The thing is, I've never really thought about kissing or dating these girls. But it is very similar to how I've felt with some of the guys I've had crushes on in the past since I got really nervous around them, always wanted to hang out with them, and fantasized about talking to them and spending time with them. I'm just so confused and don't know if I'm straight or bi. Sorry for how long it is.

Well, I've only had boy crushes my whole life, but now that I know I can like woman too (I already knew there were people in love with the same gender etc but I never thought I could too) I can't think about only liking boys. I need girls too in my life, in a romantic way. Ask yourself this question : Can you see yourself dating a woman ? Spending time with her, romantically loving her ? Or you can just see yourself being friends with them ?

i think i’m bi but idk bc when i play video games i always date girls and boys but i like dating girls better (i’m a girl). i can see myself with a girl but what if i date one or kiss one and i realize i’m not. also i’m really scared that if i say i’m bi then boys won’t want to date me

so i’m 14 and confused.... i know i’m not straight for a fact but idk i don’t want to label myself because i feel i’m “too young” and when i’m older i’ll think damn i thought i likes girls or something idk i’ve never had a male crush in my life i always had crushes on the female characters in movies and stuff and things like that but i don’t want to slap the label lesbian on myself cause i feel you know i’m too young but i don’t want to slap bi on myself because men 🤮 i lie and say i’m confused but probably straight idk i almost don’t want to tell anyone i’m 14 and idk the social stigma (if that the right word) around being lesbian or bisexual well not straight from a young age is frowned upon i’m just scared and confused

I am like 96% sure I’m Straight but I just gonna list some things so PLEASE TELL MEH: - I have had multiple crushes on boys - I have lots of guy/boy friends and less girls - I can talk to (most) boys about like anything - I HATE TALKING ABOUT GIRL STUFF (like periods,crushes, stuff like that) (most the time)

I always wanted to always play the dad too, haha. Or the teenage boy if we were playing high school and I would hit on all of my friends and I thought it was just a game but damn. 😂

i relate to a lot of things you said. girls made me uncomfortable of course i tried and they just talked about boys. instead of talking about them why dont we just talk to them? and thats when i transitioned not being friends with girls anymore because i didnt like the same things as them like makeup and shopping and dressing up. i also felt like i didnt fit in but friends with guys is soooo much easier even to this day (im 22 now) i only have 2 friends that are girls and its funny because looking back i did in fact tell one of them if i was gay i would totally date her/ marry her and she felt the same way but now we both have boyfriends....maybe i am gay but that word doesnt necessarily fit me nor does bisexual...i guess ill figure it out

I have had atleast 2 dreams about dating a girl. One being my Ex best friend and the other being a girl from my school. I've also had crushes on boys to, So I think I might be Bi I will see how it goes tho whenever school is back up but I think Im bisexual =)

I didn’t even know anything about sexuality when I was a kid compared to other people I look back on everything I was like back then and know I understand I wasn’t exactly straight ,I don’t have celebrity crushes so it makes it even more confusing

I go to a private Christian school. 😬 I’m a girl in eighth grade and there’s this new girl in sixth grade. The first day of school I saw her and felt so dumb because I couldn’t stop smiling. Great question! Well by definitiin terms, yes this would make you pansexual. However I have noticed people tend to identify as whichever word seems to feel better for them. My only advice would be to not stress about labels too much!

When I was in elementary school, I would hang out with my 2 close friends every single day. One of my friends was a boy, and one was a girl (I am also a girl). Once we played a Pokémon version of house in a way. We were pretending that we were all Pikachus (don’t question it, we really liked Pokémon) and we had a mom, dad, and a daughter. Since there was an awards assembly we were pretending that the daughter was graduating school. Guess who was the dad? (It was me) And my friend who was a boy was the mom and my other friend was the daughter. I wouldn’t say that necessarily is what makes me bisexual, but I’ve always been comfortable in roles as a guy and girl. And as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that I also have attraction towards girls. Maybe even a bit more than I do towards boys. My mom doesn’t know though and I have no idea how I could EVER tell her (especially since she’s Christian). So that’s my life story lol.

My friend came out as bi and I didn't really care when I was younger but now I don't wanna be near her because I'm scared she will make me bi and she came over last week and now I'm not sure if I am and all the signs u said did not match me

Hey lovely! So no one can ‘make you’ any sexuality. So being around your friend won’t affect you, promise. Plus, these signs were just my funny little stereotypical signs, don’t take them too seriously! Just be open with yourself and feel however you feel x

I work at a clothing store, so I frequently see attractive guys and girls on a weekly basis (last shift I saw a group of girls w dyed hair and alt clothes and I was too nervous to compliment them). I actually had a crush on two coworkers of the same sex (F) and got butterflies when my coworker confirmed that we were gonna hang out. I kinda liked “Meg” and I really thought she was cute. Then I hung out with another coworker “Cate” and when I sat next to her I wanted to kiss her bc her skin looked so soft + she gave me her blanket when I was cold and let me keep it. Also she let me hug her and it was a slightly longer hug than normal haha. I already have anxiety, so I’m just too nervous to compliment her bc I don’t think she’s into girls, but she’s just so ✨✨✨ yk? Additionally, I put on the bi label recently bc of having crushes on guys and girls in the past, and when it comes to… “sus material”, I listen to guys, but look at images of girls. For whatever reason, girls can get me in a “certain place”, but not guys even though I’m sexually attracted to them/only want to do it with them. Though it’s likely from certain trauma. Tbh, I just wanna be w guys and girls bc I wanna cuddle both, experience both, and I don’t think these behaviors are straight lol. Sorry for the ramble haha, I just had to get this off my chest (also so sorry for over sharing)

maya hello lovely! Many people discover their sexuality at a young age. I would recommend to maybe just let yourself BE, rather than putting a label on it? Be open to whatever feels right to you at the time ❤️
