Just bought mine last week, I absolutely love it, it's a blast to shoot and the recoil is virtually nothing.

It is fun to shoot. The weight of the gun really helps with the recoil.

I bought the DA/SA version months ago and added the DP Pro optic. It's a great gun, but if you reload and plan on saving your brass, better bring a friend with a minnow net. Position your brass catcher about 15 ft back behind you and 20 ft to your right!

I have considered a net on the right side of the shooting bench for that very reason. Every 10mm I have throws the brass like that.

intresting, just saw another video about the sig. seems like it bounced way more with optics and lights than here.

That is interesting. The P220 is a heavy gun to start with. You would think it would be less bounce with the added weight of a light.

@@DoubleEagleGunworks i think 10mm gives some energy into the slide to begin with. then once mass is moving, it keeps moving. or it's a matter of the shooter's grip, though i suspect it's the optics causing it. but still one of the nicest firearms ever made.

I'm deciding on the 10mm or 45 Auto - such a horrible delima!

@@DoubleEagleGunworks I REALLY enjoy your presentations. Things like the bowling pins show what I've found - 45 and 10 are very different yet more similar in ways than people might think.

@@mattspriggs5945Thank you. In all seriousness, it is tough to decide between these two rounds. Both are very good rounds. Currently, I am leaning toward the 10mm.

If price is no object, I’d go for 10mm. You can use it for pretty much anything, including hunting with the right loads.
