Hey guys!
I'm Avery Silva and this is my first KZread video. I hope this video inspires you to incorporate these 3 workouts into your exercise routine! These 3 exercises will help you build strength and muscle on your shoulders. I explain the form, techniques, and injury prevention of each exercise as well as adding in a quick warm up and cool down. Here are the exercises below:
(Each exercise is used with dumbbells)
1) Arnold Press
3 sets x 10 - 12 reps
2) Lateral Raises
3 sets x 15 reps
3) Posterior Delt Flies
3 sets x 10 - 12 reps
