So you have an online course (or two) and you're wondering whether you'd sell more copies and make more money if you offered a payment plan option.
But you have questions, like: How many payments should you offer? What are the downsides to offering a payment plan? When is the best time in the sales process to mention a payment plan?
Have no fear! Today I'm going to break down the pros and cons of offering payment plans for your online courses and then give you my personal stance on them so you can decide if payment plans are for you.

"Cruising is one of my Love Languages.."!! I'm in tears. Loving the Automatic Income Academy, Graham. I'm learning much more than I expected (and I expected much given your free offerings). Thanks for the great episode!
Align yourself with who you are. Accept it, embrace it and just go with it. Things just start working from there.
Just wanted to mention with your course specifically Graham. I found it, I wanted to buy it and could have upfront. But when I got the is this why you didn't buy email...I was amazed at how genius it was, and I immediately bought on the payment plan as my launch is costing more than I planned. So I think it's a viable way to allow extra sales. Love you man!
This was a GREAT video. But what's the weirdest thing is I found what you said at the beginning more life changing than anything else! I remember a time when I simply couldn't get credit cards. Anything I purchased - I had to save. It tested my patience, but the act of purchasing was my own lil' Xmas feeling. Nowadays, I buy whatever I want on CC's, and am paying over $1K/mo JUST on interest. I'm so sick of it and not really sure how to get out of it. You reminded me of a time before CC's - and I'm convinced that'll be the better way. I'm going to pay these stupid CC's off, and then simply have some self control and save for what I want. Even save for unseen helpful courses ;)
Loved this breakdown man. My concern is attracting low performers due to the payment plan but I love the solution of offering it privately to those who express the desire for a payment plan. Subscribed bro 💪🏿☁️💻
I intuitively knew that payment plans would attract lower quality customers. 3 payments if necessary
I'm sooo excited for your book! Goooo Graham! ×
Graham, great video as always! You mentioned 'stream only' as a preferred way to deliver course content. Can you talk more about that?
This is was very insightful
I'm curious, what price would be the lowest that you will be ok with divide on payments? I mean, if a course is 600, you could divide on 3, but... Will you divide a 147 dollars course for example? What price would be your lowest?
You should do a video on how to make 10 minute topic last for 30 minutes - you've mastered that one!

Yes, and I actually watch the whole video! The whole entire 30 minutes! 😆😆
Nice. Just what I needed. Thanks! Would you do payments at all for a sub-$100 course? If I do it, I would go with the non public offer.
Getting ready to launch our online learning in Kajabi, not sure we're going to do a payment option with that. However we will have a live zoom option and a live in person option. Those will be at a higher price point, thinking about a payment plan for those.
Some segments in the video are stamped not adjacent to each other

I have a video idea: Should you support KZreadrs that have decided they don’t need to engage with viewers that support them?

What do you personally mean by support. Financially?

@@GrahamCochrane subscribe, purchase their products, use their affiliate links, etc. I just think if a viewer takes time to engage and write a comment it’s kinda rude to see no reply but at the same time it’s a constant... use my links for this and that.
