The scirocco has always been the prettiest car in their line up. Owned a mk2 and now own a Scirocco GT 2.0 TSi 210bhp. Small enough for everyday London and its got the legs if you're lucky enough to find a road without a speed camera.

I have had 2010 2,0 tdi manual 170 hp 248000 km to 350000 km since 2016 to 2023 in finnish weather, cold winters. It has been reliable. Of course following service manual every 30000 km or every second year. Only big cost has been glutch service at 320000 km, which happens to every manualshift car in some point. Noise from the tires are a bit loud, a sport car though...

If you're going to get one, buy the 2ltr turbo. It wont disappoint. Go manual as well, more fun. Upgrade the ecu and it becomes a different animal altogether.

Isn't that the one with all the issues due to being twin charged?

been looking at a 2010 fairly low milage 2 litre diesel (80k on clock) but ive seen a lot of negative issues with them ,anyone here had any problems ?

Defenitely not all Sciroccos come with different driving modes. Very few actually do.
