It’s happened to me Edit: some of y’all can be really mean. First my screen name is based off an e sports team I use to be in and I’m too lazy to change it. Second just because you’ve never heard of a girl being discriminated against because of her height or dumped because of her height doesn’t mean I’m lying. I’ll be talking to a guy (on a dating app for example) and we ask each other our height I have been told multiple times that im too tall. I so desperately wish I was 5’2 or shorter because that’s what seems to be a lot of guys preference. If you’re curious I’m 5’7 which in my opinion is average height but for a lot of guys especially those under 6’ (which I don’t mind) say I’m too tall because once I put on heels I’d be taller than them. I have also been called manly/masculine, a monster, a giant, and several other hurtful and degrading names all throughout school because of my height (I also hit puberty before a lot of the other kids). So it’s for those reasons that I’m extremely insecure of my height and never ever dare to wear heels, I don’t even plan to wear heels at my wedding. To end my little rant, just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not true. Also, remember you’re not just talking to a screen on social media, your words get read and felt by an actual person.
