I often use Lazada - they sell almost everything at great prices and yes they do have lots of fakes. One thing with them is that you should prepay. If you do COD expect a delivery driver to show up at your home with five minutes notice. If you are not at home the will need to come back. Most condos now have parcel areas where they can leave your delivery and you will always receive an online message when a delivery has been made. Returns and refunds are easy. Sometimes they want you to return an incorrect low value item which is a pain, but its free returns. Look out for all the bonus discounts. I've ordered items in Hua Hin and even Chiang Mai.

I have an issue, in the last couple of months I can't stop buying items off Tumu, orders over £15 free with the ability to return free items not wanted, items look better online, but don't always meet ones expeditions ! You see things there online that are difficult to buy in local UK shops !

Great info Pete 👍 Biggest risk of anything these days is your personal information being hacked…PayPal is a good option as the seller doesn’t have your direct account details…there is some protection with PayPal I believe. Although PayPal could be hacked too !

Lazada very good service for sure , I use a lot , quick and easy , items delivered to juristic office , if you have to return it’s all fine too 😊 had 1/2 returns go missing in transit but no big drama were found eventually. Big C and Lotus are good for bulky items too ..

If you like brand clothing there are many excellent shops here in Bangkok I wouldn't risk buy them online because like you quite rightly say they could be knockoffs

I will be visiting Bangkok in few days as a tourist, can I get items delivered to my hotel in Bangkok? even if I am not in my room will they deliver it at the reception if I have already paid thru my card ?

I never use cash I always pay by card online and they will give you a delivery window of a few days

A little tip apple and blackcurrant squash is good drunk hot for colds and flu cheers

Wow Peter! In just 5 days you slimmed like 5 kilos! Looking young and sharp, suddenly from retired grandpa to some silver fox. I am quite surprised that Thailand doesn't have Amazon. I thought it would be there in most countries in the world. Aren't there large retailers like Tesco, Sainsbury, Walmart, Carrefour etc. where one can take a cab and find everything, other than maybe some electronics and rare items? It seems little odd to buy food through amazon.

Warning, Warning, Warning. Lazada Mall is not safe!!!! An ordered refrigerator 25.000 Baht payed with card. No Response, only Computer generated message come to you. It takes 7 month with a lawyer to get 37.500 Baht for no delivery.

Wow I'm surprised at that I've ordered literally nearly a hundred things from Lazada I even ordered things like a microwave and a freezer and stand up fans I've only ever had one thing go missing that was six hot noodles but even they turned up after a month

Just keep in mind orange juice is not good for your teath

I use Lazada a lot, but several of the smaller products have been fake. It was not even worth the effort to repack and return. But overall, very good company. Seem to have a problem installing Shopee Thailand on my iPhone.
