I’m rooting for the horse! Have a little respect! Horses are not dolls.

The horse didn't like her, but he didn't drag her to the ground. She lost her balance and fell. 100% her fault. Those horses aren't toys. This isn't a petting zoo. The horse told her I don't want you near and she ignored it. When the ears are back and they snap at you, move away from them. They don't want you there. You won't win in a fight with an animal that size.

It IS the job of the rider AND horse. They serve a solely decorative role for tourists! And I would say for PR for the monarchy and their traditions. Having an aggressive horse where tourists are always present is highly irresponsible. But I suppose like many other ridiculous characteristics of the monarchy it will just go on.

I feel bad for the horse having to deal with all these people. That lady got what she got… she took a gamble and lost! The sign PLAINLY states… BEWARE… HORSES MAY KICK OR BITE. If you choose to stand close then you gamble with your safety, you might win, you might LOSE!!!! Use some common sense people!!!

The sign on the wall is for a reason and stupid tourists can't read.They are putting themselves into it for their own requests.I feel sorry for the guards and horses that they have to put up with these stupid behaviour of people who don't take the warning from the horse itself.😮

Those in that video clearly are!!!!The horse warned her twice and despite of its warnings she continued to stay close.The rest of them saw it and continued to stand next to the horse which was clearly demonstrated being in distress and didn't like people being around.Many of them stand for the picture and when the horse tried to bite them,they laughed. THAT IS A VERY STUPID BEHAVIOUR. And you are blind or oblivious if you can't see that.

that is what tourist attractions are for, getting your picture took. The horse should have been removed from the footpath if it was distressed. it is a danger to the public.@@johannah3481

I feel sorry for the horse and the guard, the guard is on duty with his horse and obviously the horse just doesn't like people near or touching him and the poor guard has to concentrate on the horse and warning people and at the same time doing his duty... I can understand these horse's and their guards getting irritated I really can... You guy's are doing a sterling job, well done

The horse is try to tell her to get away and she still stood there. That was stupid. It’s 100% her fault for still standing there.

Three times, that horse gave her a warning. She ignored that, laughed and the translation of what she said, “ I think he wants to kiss me”. She was not, bitten. The horse pulled her jacket, she lost her balance and fell. I’m glad she wasn’t injured but vanity and a lack of common sense plus treating the place as a petting zoo is not the fault of any horse. Awareness of more than how one will look in a photograph really is important. Same goes for people who shove their babies at the horses, tiny fingers waggling under a horse’s mouth.

I’m amazed by how many people are willing to walk up to a horse, that is clearly agitated, with its ears back for a photo next to it. I’m shocked that folks would be willing to possibly have their face ripped off just for a photo.

What I don’t understand, they see the horse snapping at people, so they then try to go near it too?! What do people think is going to happen?

You do not touch or pet any service animal while they are working. You must stay away as the animal is in protection mode. Someone here said horses only kick other horses. This is not true. A horse has a blind spot directly behind him. If you touch the horse around this spot without letting him know you are there, he will kick. You must touch the horse in his line of vision as you walk around behind him.

The guard even warned the mother with the child the horse may bite, and she was so brain dead and still stood with child towards horse. No sense what so ever

Imagine standing in one place for a whole hour in a state of high anxiety and having to put up with the behaviour of ignorant tourists poor horses 😢😢😢

That horse had pinned its ears several times and had taken a bite at that woman before grabbing and pulling her to the ground and yet she ignored its body language signs, it's sheer stupidity. Then other idiots test their fate and think it's a damn joke, start handing out the Darwin awards.

I’m a military Mom from the USA. And I can’t express the anger I feel, seeing these ignorant morons disrespecting the horses and the soldiers. I have a photo my Dad took (in 1955) of this when he was in England with the Air Force(US). It's in B&W and only the guard & his mount. It is one of the family's favorites and we all know it was him that took the photo, so why do the tourists now need to be in the photo? Doesn't their family & friends know what they look like?🤣

No, whoever is in charge is smart. Horse didn't go after fellow guards/police. Horse knows his duty! The stoic guards on foot get harassed so much. Horse guards his rider! My guess is that's its a chosen quality in this case. Most horses don't bite.

These are beautiful horses and everyone wants to touch them, But these are highly trained working horses, not PETS.. if their ears are back, then STAY BACK.. not a good idea to get too close.. remember, they are a lot bigger than you.

That lady was really pushing her luck, she had the wrong horse to play with.. When will people learn to stay clear of the horses, especially if their ears are back.. He is looking for a fight..

After the horse contacted her the first time she should have kept her distance. Horses are very intelligent. He is doing his job creating a perimeter of distance around the guard. She's lucky his front hoofs didn't come down on her when she fell under him.

This beautiful horse has had a go at most adults but when the lady stood with the baby in her arms he stood perfectly still. Incredible. Nice guard too. ❤

Why aren't horses allowed to have a soak? The horses' ears turned backwards are warning enogh when you take the time to look at the horse properly.

What superb horsemanship, the lady was hopefully not injured, but the tourists just kept on approaching the horse even though he was obviously not in the mood and the guard was warning them.

The horses do not stay there all day .They are rotated frequently. Its so easy to be critical when people are ignorant of the truth.These horses are extremely well looked after, & the kings guards are all well trained in the British forces. Reapect would be good instead of criticism.

It's not surprising that these beautiful horses bite, these tourists are making them anxious. All that staring, posing, smelling odd, taking photos. I feel real sympathy for these lovely steeds, they put up with so much

Anyone who has lived with horses can understand what the horse feels. People who are ignorant... well, due to their lack of knowledge, the horse itself will let them know.

After reading many comments - Respectfully, I think these horses are too well trained to get spooked. There's no way they'd turn an unsure horse loose near a crowd. The prancing, side stepping, rearing are all tactics to push the crowd back (see other videos). Subtle foot, theigh squeezing or gentle pull of reins can signal a well trained horse for these commands. I'm in the USA and I knew a girl who used to help train police horses. The girl would jump out to surprise, yell, scream, wave hands, etc (not yell at or in daily care - but in training). They'd put the horses through even more to make sure they're "bomb proof" - never gonna spook and plow down people. And no, the horses aren't lame just because they're prancing. Look how well trained and groomed the horses are - do you really think the guard could possibly miss such an injury?! Nope! Only foolish, disrespectful people ignore the sign...

Why is it the horses fault it is not a photo prop it is a working guard it is guarding royal property

I don't get this. The horse nipped several times at her and still she stays. Sorry but then you are tempting fate.Also I had the audio of a different angled video of this incident way up. The guard asked her if she was alright and he told the police man the horse doesn't like the smell of (some) people.

The horse know how defend himself from stupid idiots.
