Shocking Health Advice BACKFIRES! - Dr. Osborne's Zone

This week on Dr. Osborne's Zone, join me as I discuss various instances where health advice has been proven wrong or misleading. For example, doctors used to promote smoking and baby formula over healthier alternatives. I also challenge the belief that bad genes are the cause of diseases, rather, I believe that lifestyle choices play a significant role.
We'll also discuss the misleading information about high fat diets causing heart disease and the conflicts of interest in the pharmaceutical industry.

Make sure to join us at 6 PM Central on Tuesday for this revealing episode!

Stay away from hospitals, Doctors and Pharmacies. If blood is shooting out of your eyes or you get into a horrible accident then it would be wise to seek medical attention. My parents, sister and daughter were sickly the last 20+ years of their life because they trusted their doctors. I am 71 years old and don't take any medications and I can't get a headache. My father's doctor admitted the mefications for his heart destroyed his kidneys and the kidney medications finished off his heart.

Im 33 i have a host of health disability and honestly everything in me is saying no matter what it is run the other way. The doctors aren't listening to me anyway. I feel like just downing garlic, clean foods, detox, from mother earth while relaxing and I'll heal, just let it be. I also believe in Christ strongly. The call is strong to go this path. Probably what I'll have to do anyway.

Get off all carbohydrates.Eat no vegetables or vegetable oils and do eat high animal fats and meat. Almost everyone who tries the pork bacon and eggs and butter and find out within a few days their pain is much reduced. I am now eating mainly just fresh beef and salt. Minerals and iodine are important as well. Watch Dr.Osborne and Dr.Berry,Dr. Chaffee,Dr.Mason to understand how important a carnivore way of eating is for our health. There is no required plant food for humans. We don't require carbohydrates or vegetables or salads. Garlic isn't required. Its ok for flavor but it is a bandaid on a major problem and if you aren't eating a bad SAD it will do nothing for you.

Mine told me that as well that he lived many more years because I used natural food and supplements to replace many drugs. In the end, the VA hospital in Clarksburg managed to kill him like they did so many others' fathers. Bless you....John 3:16, Titus 3:5

My Mother and her brother were killed by medical malpractice. My daughter was almost killed 6 times in her first two years. When my daughter’s first pediatrician at 7 days did not do anything. All this female pediatrician could tell me was “everything is fine”. I was treated as an over anxious first time mother. Then I was investigated for parental neglect because said doctor would not do her job. When they investigated me and found out the number of times I had taken her to the doctor the investigation stopped. I then asked the obvious… when do you investigate the doctor? The American Medical Association has lobbied for the right of doctors to kill. Anything else would be too stressful for the physician. We live in a science supremacy medical atrocity system. Our doctors are cullers.

Why do we say the word "medical" as "medicul"? Me-die-cull. It's right in the spoken word, maim and drain medicine. Someone I know's daughter was just in labor for 4 days somehow, there's a malpractice component, they're worried about the mother and child. Every single day with this.

I am a 77 year old RN with my BN and was raised healthy by a mother raised on a farm who said canned stuff was expensive so when I was on my own I prepared meals from scratch. My mother did not buy candy ( we had to use our allowance)as she paid the dental bills. I initially never bought prepackaged or canned food because it was expensive and now I do the same because it is healthy. I am in great shape and the health care system is an illness care system and spreads the wrong information.

QUESTION @DRPETEROSBORNE I suggested the puree of cooked calf liver or heated butter for administration through a Gastric tube while in the rehab hospital. That was declined by dietician and for fear of germs and potential for clogging tube, even though each use is followed by a flush. The surgeon blessed me with use of a larger sized #20 diameter tube today....answer to prayer and he agreed. Can you think of any suggestions for getting cholesterol in her? Malnourishment of all fat except Omega 6 was responded to with Lipitor. I had a good conversation with the Dr and he removed that from the long list of meds.

He's probably very busy so maybe I can point you in the right direction from my personal experience of being keto/carnivore for many years. Pure carnivore for almost 2 years. You can look up this information for yourself about what I'm about to reveal. Any type of non-sugar sweetener is going to cause an insulin rise. The effects of that aren't good. The insulin is seeking the expected rise in blood sugar so whatever glucose is circulating gets grabbed by it to put it into storage. You are then going to get very hungry so will be seeking something to eat and what will that be? Eating fatty meat can only provide a very small amount of protein which the liver will make into glucose but the fat can be used for energy to lower your hunger for many hours if you don't take on another load of fake sugar. Stop anything sweet going into your mouth and you won't put out any insulin and you will keep a steady 2 teaspoons of glucose to meet all your metabolic requirements from the meat and fat that you just ate. When you fast after becoming ketogenic or fat adapted your body will pull out stored fat for energy requirements and turn it into h20 and co2 which will be expelled by your kidneys and exhaled from your lungs. That is how we lose weight. Sweet tasting none sugars are not going to reduce any cravings but it will sabotage the goal of weight loss and maintaining a healthy metabolism until the body has reached the ideal weight and metabolic health. Good luck.

Now since ai had the pleasure to study through your support doctor I know all the exams that they need to do. I can read my blood test, i know genetic, cross reactivity, th1, th2, th17. I know that God gaves us or Dna and with the genetic test, you can remove pain.

@@gnosisdespirit I take metafolate and MethylB12. I also avoid fake folic acid found in enriched foods. I follow Dr Ben Lynch’s protocol. However, mess up one time and I pay for it. I have permanent pernicious anemia that has to be treated every day. It’s an ongoing battle.

And the social distancing that was made up. Nothing to back it up. Also, the masks were useless, especially the way they were used. Even worse were the homemade cloth ones that they gave instructions on how to make them. We should all remember how fear was used for control and told lie after lie.

Imagine a world where everyone did their utmost to be healthy. The healthcare system could then properly look after the genuinely sick people who can't fix themselves with diet and lifestyle. It would be the most brilliant and effective system. Imagine a world where (pretend) ultra processed food was banned. Imagine a world where all kids were taught the dangers of bad food, unhealthily lifestyle and were given the knowledge and understanding to be healthy (and possible consequences if they didn't look after themselves). Some people are confused by what is good and what is bad and some just plain don't care and think a pill can sort them out. Millions of people are also wasting money on pills that aren't effective and/or have awful side effects which then costs more money as they are going back to the Dr time and tome again. Sorry, rant over 😂

Doc, you are too young to understand, but you are wrong. Doctors in cigarete's advertisements were used not to promote smoking, but to try replace filtreless cigarettes by cigarettes with a filter.

The doctors are clearly advertising for smoking. Regardless of what the advertisement is for they are still promoting it. Growing up in Texas people could smoke everywhere as there was not a place free from smoke. I know each state has its own regulations.

6:45 The smoking ad caught my eye. It is oddly self aware, and even honest in a veiled way. The number 20,679 is oddly specific. If we interpret it as text, ie A is the first letter so A=1 ... I=9, J=10 and 1+0=1 so J=1, K=11=1+1=2 ... Z = 26 = 2+6 = 8, then of the permutations the digits 20679 can represent, the one I would select is "B FYI". With 0 interpreted as a space. However S is the 19th letter, 1+9=10. If we don't reduce it further (1+0=1), ignore the tens place and just take the ones value, it's 0. So it says "BS FYI". Just putting it through wolframalpha its prime factorization is 3x61x113. 61 is the 18th prime, which is a lucky number in some religions (and the brand is "Luckies") but is also 6+6+6. 113 is a number associated with falsehood (dishonest, not honest, not true, fiction, not factual, disinfo, perjury, illusions, BS, etc). lie even = lIE, reverse the E, lI3. Who thinks this stuff up. Edit: and by the cipher described above, the quoted portion in the ad "LUCKIES are less irritating" even outputs 113. If we account for the capitalized portions, it's 561, the 33rd triangular number. "It's toasted" = 33.
