I never ever could imagine to live in a major city ! Bricks, concrete, asphalt, neon signs -- neon signs, asphalt, concrete, bricks all around. Even the view to the sky is blocked by the skyscrapers. First @ 0:07 he (the officer) intentionally bumps into the guy like he's looking for a fight then @ 0:59 he pushes his partner to turn him around so his bodycam wouldnt catch his crimes. This officer was looking for a fight and he got one!

That one cop should’ve stopped pushing on that guy. The guy in the yellow had already told him once before to stop touching him because he’s leaving and so while he was leaving I guess they both exchange a few words to one another because the guy in the yellow felt like he wanted the cop to stop touching him. He was not being arrested.
