we actually did get Mystery Dungeon today ✨

After PMD DX market failure, we probably won't get any PMD game in a while. This is a great substitute

After over a decade since Shiren 5's initial release, we are BACK! Love the Mystery Dungeon series!

Shiren is goated, this iteration will be too.

Hoist the sails to Serpentcoil Island!⛵️ Time to get the treasure.

I remember the ds one of these damn that’s wild to see it come back super awesome!

I’ve never tried a non-Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, but this looks cool! I think I’ll pick it up sometime!

If you want to try a mystery dungeon game I recommend Izuna Legend of the Unemployed Ninja on DS.

Game is fantastic. The game has the same DNA as the PMD series and you can FEEL it. It may not be as story and character driven as PMD, but the gameplay and OST is phenomenal.

Is that sora in an samurai hat?

Patience is a key in this game. It is notoriously difficult to progress.

I used to play this on the DS. A glad surprise to see it again!

A game full of surprises and challenges! Really recommended! … I wasn’t sure about the 3D graphics at first, but the animations are really nice and are growing on me now ❤

No new PMD but at least we have the original haha

When I first played this series I would rage quit and get right back into it again the next day 😂 I can’t wait to get this game! And now we can get rescued! Love it!

Looking at how many forgot/ didn't know that Mystery Dungeon isnt just about pokemon (and the series predates it)

This is probably why there no new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon right now But it’s good for these developers to focus on their original work

Yes, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon is a collaboration with this series. But the Shiren MD series is typically much harder than Pokémon MD.

Gamefreak doesn't make any of the spinoff games and never has, and nintendo has never made any of the pokemon games at all and is just a partial owner of the pokemon company. Spike Chunsoft is the sole owner of the mystery dungeon series, and they have to both want and have the spare team to make a new PMD game.

Also if you want a new pmd game The Devs themselves have gone on record to say that the best way to do that is by making this game sell well so they can bring it up with the Pokemon company

@@Zephhi The first time I saw this trailer many months ago I also preferred the 2D sprites of the previous game, but after playing for while I gotta say that these graphics have grown on me, and they are very humorous, maybe they could have polished them more, but they fit the gameplay really well.
