Transportation companies often specialize in a certain type of cargo/passenger transportation:
1. Freight transport companies. They provide services for the transportation of goods of various purposes and scales, including the transportation of raw materials, building materials, food and other goods. Such companies use aviation, railway and sea transportation, and automobiles to transport goods.
2. Passenger transport companies are engaged in transporting people from one place to another by air, railway, sea and motor transport.
3. Logistics companies. They are engaged in the organization and management of cargo transportation, are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all processes related to cargo transportation, ensure optimization of logistics processes and maximum efficiency of transportation.
4.Courier companies. They deliver goods and parcels over short distances, provide services for the collection, transportation and delivery of small-sized goods and parcels.
5. Taxi services. They transport passengers for short distances in the city.
