Transitions in life are exciting. We started our transition to our new homestead about a year ago. Six more weeks and we will be living there full time. But who's counting.

So...I started watching Jess because I was looking at her lettuce in an upside down tub video from over 2 yrs ago...and became fascinated with her garden and it's growth. Then we were introduced to you and your farm. I am not a deeply religious person...but I absolutely love what both of your channels represent. I just looked at this family who bought the farm from them and I am wondering: She does a lot of things like Jess. She wears the head band like she does, she seems to giggle and talk a lot like Jess, the nose ring, the tattoos, even the ring tattoo, have they been friends for years? Did she also have Jess's brother do her tattoos? They seem like maybe they were high school best friends or maybe relatives. Anyone know?

I'm a fairly new subscriber. I am so excited for you! I can relate to the emotional transition. We moved from a home we had been in for 20 years, in August, to our own off grid land. We are believing, hoping and praying for more land, because attempting self sufficiency on 2.5 acres is challenging!

You all too cute and funny 😄love the coffee and the melting and the camera falling perfect timing lol 😆 I laugh out loud alot between u all jess and miah. It's help me shape our marriage and me to feel again. Seems like since my kiddo was born then dad diagnosed with cancer and covid on top of all that couple years later my body just been survival try get it all done and when I was on furlough how awesome was to have us all her and actually spend time with one another. I’m in the same phase as you - we have to do a full bathroom and kitchen reno where we are now, as well as redo the garden (although it’s not as extensive as yours) before we move to our new place. Only we’re building the house and garden at the new house from scratch on 2.5 acres, so we’re trying to do that at the same time. It’s a lot, so I feel your sense of excitement and overwhelm!!

The more I watch your channel, the more I my heart belongs here. Bravo on providing your rabbits with the ability to express their natural behaviour. Sentient beings should be kept no other way. Oh, rabbits like toys BTW. Cat toys with bells were a joy for rabbits at the shelter.

Thanks to you and Jess I just built my first real garden. a 15ft x 20ft one! I'm holding on to add on to our tiny home a new kitchen but in time. I can't wait to see how you will change your new property and what you will do with it all.
