Actually, similar smoothies are what’s keeping me alive and stronger right now. I have several rare auto immune diseases and I have serious digestive issues and I became so ill where I just quit eating. My next to my last trip to the hospital a month ago, they discovered a new auto immune disease and were able to properly diagnose me, and since I got home, I make a similar smoothie every day a huge one and I sip on it throughout the day. Not only does it pre-di the food by breaking it down into a purée, it has also helped my stomach and intestines, and I am getting stronger each and every day. And I’m sharing all this just in case one of you out there is experiencing some similar problems and hasn’t tried smoothies yet. Really helping to save my life and it’s a great way to slip in all these nutrients that we won’t otherwise get. I’ll leave you alone now lol 🤣. Thanks for reading this and I hope it just helps somebody else❣️

So glad you are on the mend. I do have gut problem when it hurst I stop eating the wrong things but when it is better go back to the chillies I don't really care if it not good for me still love it and crave for it. I guess one day I will regret it. Until then I just do it.😊

I appreciate you sharing this as I also have several autoimmune diseases and I also have Gastroparesis. I will have to keep watching to see what she puts in her smoothies as there are times when I cannot eat solid food. I usually can tell that my stomach is going to reject it immediately.

When I gave natural birth to my daughter in 1977, I only took a prenatal vitamin daily. I ate my normal diet of chicken, beef, pork and vegetables. I only gained 24 lbs. I worked 8 hrs a day until my 7 month. I had no complications, my delivery uneventful, no episiotomy, no medications and my daughter was normal birth weight. It’s funny how childbirth has gotten so commercial.

I was just about to comment on how time has changed. My Mum never took any suppliments actually she was hungry in the mid fifties when I was born. No extra anything maybe that why I was a small baby and often sick but I am still here😊. In the 70's when my sister gave birth it was the same. No extra anything just normal everyday food. I remember my grandma told me when they gave birth they just stopped the end of the field where they were working giving birth then put the child in a cloth put them on they back and went back to work😮. Ok that is way too much but I think today people get way too many bits it is not really necessary. Having said that I do hope for Jill sake going to give her the easiest birth ever.

I feel we should give Jill grace and understanding during this time as this is her baby that they for so long have prayed for and her birth story. This baby is a blessing, a gift from God and an answered prayer. God is good! It may not be for everyone and you may feel it is a bit excessive however whatever she feels that she needs to make this time in her pregnancy more comfortable for her and ease the anxiety that comes with childbirth (even if it isn't your first time) she should take that time and enjoy it. So I say - go for it Jill, immerse yourself in the joy of this moment and the moments to come and enjoy this season of your life with your family. My guess is that when labor hits all thoughts of prep will go out the door and all of the things that were "planned and structured" will be forgotten and the focus will be on just bringing forth this precious baby boy followed by incredible joy when he finally makes his arrival. She may find that all of this planning wasn't necessary at all but it was fun and added to the experience leading up to that glorious day. Here is to a very blessed and joyful birth. We pray that God has his hands on your birthing team and your family. We pray that all will go smoothly and that you and your little family feel his presence on the day you welcome the little one into the family. In Jesus name. We can't wait to all welcome him into your family.

I've been honored to attend several natural births as the homeopathic and oils support person. Sometimes the mother is not able to articulate what she is feeling so it's helpful to have someone there trained/experienced to read certain cues to know what to give without any sort of prompt. A labor and birth doula is worth her weight in gold if it's feasible. It takes the pressure off of other attendees and allows them to support the mother with their own personal strengths. I also processed placentas for mothers. I genuinely loved it so much.

One thing i've read recently, as i've had to look into forms of magnesium & which works best for me & my needs, is that those who suffer from morning sickness are low in magnesium. I've never had this issue but will say that it has kept the leg cramps at bay. So third time's a charm! And it helps me sleep better so i take it at night. Trace minerals has electrolytes that you add drops to your water without the extra sweeteners & stuff. Midwives suggested this to me as well. Raspberry leaf tea really balanced my hormones when i was preg with my boy. That testosterone really sent me everywhere emotionally that i never did with my girls. And boy was the birth quick! Great stuff.

Jillie Girl, I am waaay past the personal pregnancy phase, but one daughter is expecting our 10th grandchild, if that counts. 😁 I really appreciate your suggestions, tho, as I have several digestive system and other problems. I have exacerbated some problems, as I dont like taking time to eat. Food is not a high priority for me, and I have no interest in eating. Your nutrition ideas are simple and complex, at the same time. The nature of food, and what nutrition our individual bodies need, is scientifically complex, but you have broken down things to understandable levels. Being an 'older' person, my body's needs and metabolism have changed a lot. My body has gone thru so many traumas, that I've decided to start your yoga stretching ideas. I'm an active gardener and do everything on my farm, but find my energy levels have waned. I think your suggestions can be easily implemented for MY nutritional and physical needs. I really appreciate you, Sweetie, and am praying that your labor and delivery go swiftly and smoothly, and as pain free, as possible. Sending LOVE, HUGS, PRAYERS, to you and your entire little family, as you prepare for the delivery of Little Baby Bean!! 🥰😘🤗🤗🙏🙏😊

I had Tea Tree Oil and put 9 drops in 1/2 cup of milk (helps disperse oil) and pour into a bath. Natural antiseptic and does not sting and you can just soak in bath with no other product. Lots of people still decline the gbs test. It can be positive one day and negative the next. Other countries don’t even test for it. And if positive I still wouldn’t worry. Def wouldn’t do the antibiotics. Some will do vaginally probiotics and garlic clove closer to birth to help if positive. Otherwise don’t stress it!

Gotta have loads of protein, baby's brain develops in 3rd trimester Watch for ketone in urine as well Are you having a home birth ? Watch out for vaccines , refuse them until child becomes 3 .and natural immunity kicks in . Don't let baby out of your sight as procedures will be preformed that you may have to look into so you can refuse . Read spiritual midwifery by Ina May Gaskin ,you should have that book if you do not already . I had home birth with a lay midwife The umbilical cord was left on for until blood was gone as all the good stuff is there .also saved the cord and placenta was saved ..there are places to store your umbilical cord for vital t cells.. the hospital gets good money fir it and will try to keep it .❤ hospitals can be adangweiys place . Raspberry leaf should be drank alot to strengthen and tone uterus . Black cohash should be in hand for labor only . Don't wash of mucurium from baby's skin wash with oatmeal and chamomile balls in cheesecloth

We don’t have things left over but we’ve chosen to just not get a lot and have a minimalist approach with this one 🤣

Jill I want to thank you for just being you in this recent video that you made in making a espresso cup of coffee and I'd love the most important thing. The music that you put in this video at the beginning of the video I want you to know. This makes me very very happy to see your videos the way you make them. That makes my day night and week when I see your videos come out when they do Jill💥🩷🖤❗❗❗ 🖤🩷💥
