I have a connector that terminates the shielding into a ground/earth - it really confused me for a while! Great video

Thanks for watching Shielding can sometimes be via ground, and some ECUs will have a dedicated pin, But either way the shield only gets terminated on one end of the wire, usually the ECU end.

@@BackGardenGarage appreciate the reply. Yes, I did not anticipate the shielding terminating into 3rd pin in the connector!
