Out for a morning stroll

Maintaining consistency in an athletic event for more than a decade is unreal. It's quite sad many who celebrate Bolt and Phelps are unaware of the existence of Shelly Ann-Fraser Pryce. NB: Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps are great athletes. I watch them with the same awe as I watch Shelly or Allison. Just trying to bring out the gender bias in sports.

To be sure, there's gender bias in sports; however, Bolt has SEVEN (was 8) world records to his name & 5 of them are individual!! Sorry, I don't see a bias at all.

No one is overlooking women, but speaking of Bolt, he's the best sprinter in human history. Even other Olympic level men are overshadowed by his greatness. That was a horrible example.

Chill, we don't have to bring up accusations of discrimination. I am Jamaican and we love them both. How can anyone who is a TF athlete not be aware of her?

Jamaica is looking forward to her dominance in the sprints alongside her team mates for the upcoming Olympics

Wow!!! The gun went off. Shelly-Ann got out of the blocks. Forty meters later she began jogging. The quality between Jamaican sprinters and the rest of the world was on full display here. Not even close, and to think those women were the best their countries could produce.

For Tokyo 2021 I want to see a very fit Elaine Thompson, a very fit Shelly-ann, a very fit Dina, a very fit Talou and all the other athletes to be very fit so that we can get a nail biting womens 100m final. Just want all the athletes for every competition to be at the best
