Those Caucasian sports announcers do not represent what is going on in Jamaica. SAFP is a Queen, and as far as we are concerned the GOAT of female sprinters. @@madelelouw3247 My dear its more about hard work, determination and a great love for running. Jamaicans love to run, from we were kids. When we were children we were constantly being told by our mother or granny "Run go dung a shop me pickney and buy 2lb a flour" or whatever it is they had run short of, especially if they were cooking. Running is in our blood. Genes, maybe but am not certain if any significant way that gives us an edge over other nations. We just love to run and maybe the food has something to do with it including the cornmeal porridge 😀
