Y’all forget Nancy saw the house in the libraries newspaper archive.

Nancy pieced it together since she recognized the house from the magazine. Seeing the shapes, windows, and door. Plus, she’s smart as hell. 👏

they're not recreating 11s memories, those are just her memories. the constant back and forth of her being younger and older, is to let you know that its a past memories and not current.

As far as the drawing Nancy pieced together ... Last season Joyce pieced together all those crazy tunnel drawings by Will. That was much more complicated lol. And since Joyce is in Russia, Nancy is the puzzle solver this season.

It was a cool callback but made no logical sense why anyone could do that, at least not that quick. Also with Nancy no way do you see a very very vague house door design drawing and actually somehow recognise it and recall it being a certain house that you’ve seen maybe years ago or whenever Nancy saw victors house when she was younger or something. But hey, it’s a tv show and needed a way to move the plot along

To be fair… it was Bob who recognized that it was Hawkins. Even if Joyce put it together like a puzzle she had no idea what it was. He memorized the map of Hawkins, the same way Nancy memorized how the Creel House looked because she had just seen it. Nancy is also very intelligent so it’s no far off.

She could see that because she saw the house. Same way Bob recognized the tunnel system because he understood the map of Hawkins.

Honestly, I hope once/if El gets her powers back, she has flashbacks of Hopper acting like an actual father to her and she immediately kills Brenner. I hated it when he called El his daughter.

This season was REALLY inspired by A Nightmare on Elm Street, for sure. Including "the house" component!

I just realized when he said he could sell Peanut Butter for $20 in Russia, that $20 was significantly higher than what we now know as $20.

I love how you guys actually listen and pay attention to the show and have great commentary unlike some other reactors.

Love the enzo character and his dynamic with hopper honestly I hate how I’m having to wait for the next part having binged the whole first part of the season in a day lol

i dont think its far fetched that nancy put together the house tbh that front door is pretty distinct

Nancy has seen the house before so it's shouldn't be hard to believe she would put it together

I'm really excited for that Volume II tho, I watched this one all in one day. Can't wait for the next two episodes for you guys *chef's kiss*

Wargames is a great movie from 1983 about a high school hacker that gets a little too deep in.

btw they based this off of a real project. The nina project, look it up :) it’s quite freaking interesting p.s when i say based i don’t mean based off of detail to detail. it’s just the idea that’s mostly based off of it.

My question is... are they ever gonna explain what the heck happened to number 8?? Like she isn't even there at the facility in the Nina Project! Also, I legit thought that number 8 was messing with El again when Papa showed up, but no somehow he actually survived that Demogorgon attack!? How!?

Papa escaped the Demogorgon the same way Jonathan escaped it when it jumped on him at his house and attacked Nancy. Demogorgon went after the ones who were the biggest threat. In Jonathan case the biggest threat was Nancy because she had the gun and was shooting at the Demogorgon. It had her up against the wall and opens its mouth that's when Steve comes in with the baseball bat and hits it pushing it back into the bear trap. At the school the Demo jumps at Papa but the military kept shooting at it, so it went towards them instead.

i was hoping for more too but he does have a big character arc, he's just not apart of the main story arc for vol 1...but i think he'll have some kind of significant role with the supernatural plot in vol 2 bc of the way the duffers n cast have dropped hints about will in s5 like the fact he was the first victim, (spoilers for vol 1) the upside down freezing on the day he got taken, n his connection with the mindflayer.

I mean, Max even said ‘you’re not really here’. She wasn’t literally in the upside down so maybe it was all mindfuckery. Once she remembered why she wanted to live she broke free of the metaphorical chains/actual vines. That’s how I’m choosing to see it at least.

you're right, but the writers came out and said that was on accident because they forgot that piece of trivia. they're currently trying to figure out if they will just go on with what they have or if they should quickly add in that aspect into one of the new episodes. the "weirdness" is cuz the boys have hardly talked and will pretty clearly has feelings for mike, which he definitely knows will be unrequited.

Billy pretty much helped max get to that part with the red. Why didn’t they let Billy love just to kill him off and have him in this season???? Steve is one of my favorite characters, I like the new character Eddie this season A LOT. The guy that El is with in there with the blonde hair I like/hate him lol he also played in twilight. my ma told me that this season was very graphic and really creepy, a lot of other people that watched it said the same thing, i watched the first episode last night and yeah it was really graphic and creepy af. I watched the last episode today till July 1st to finish part 2. The bone cracking, I fucking hate that shit, creeps me tf out and the noise. they better not kill off Steve or Eddie, I mean I hope they don’t kill of anybody. the max part, it made me cry when she was floating in the air with that song, and then when it showed Billy, I cried because it brought back those fucking memories from last season 😞

@@imjorkingmypeanits ive seen the season so title doesnt affect me, but OP is right. it would be her fault if she clicked on the video and got spoilers in it, but she can't avoid accidentally reading a title on her recommended. just watching all the trailers makes all the reaction videos pop up in the recommended. not her fault, it should be a spoiler free title and thumbnail but can have as many spoilers as possible in the video. no hate to these guys tho, a lot of people do this without realizing. these dudes have got best intention at heart for sure.

Not to speak for him, but some people have uncontrollable facial movements and that could be the case here. I don’t think he’s showing a lack of interest, I think he just moves in certain ways sometimes. Asking what’s wrong with someone is kind of harsh… he’s not doing anything wrong

I’m going through some difficult things in my life and watching a group of guys watch and talk about a show I love honestly makes me feel so much better I’m not sure why but it does. Thankful I found this channel 🤍
