People cannot live without fire and hitohi captures that energy in their bread every day.

Today, I would like to introduce to you Ms. Hiroko Yokota, the owner of the bakery hitohi, located in Shintomicho, Koyugun, Miyazaki.
Kneading flour then baking. It seems easy. But everyone says that when she does it, it becomes something completely different.
Her bread will lure you in just with its aroma and when you take one bite, it will fill you with happiness. It is very difficult to elevate bread into something that deeply moves you. But she does it with ease.

Her secret ingredient is the genuine love she had for her young son! It’s was what motivated her to find a real solution for him. Luckily, she has perseverance, intellect, & an artistic sensibility! What a special woman she is!! Her customers are extremely lucky to have her 👍🤗!!
