Glad you are enjoying them! We will release a video covering the Dore Westbury in more detail in the future.
Have you guys started to work on a Coffee Grinder to go with your Espresso machines? Sharpening end-mills looks like it might be similar to making burr-sets…
That makes it look so easy, my cat could do it . Nice!
Great job! very interesting.. Would like to see setup, initial settings to provide primary and secondary... More Quorn videos appreciated.. Thanks for sharing.. Subscribing

It is indeed a MK3 Quorn and a Dore Westbury - good eye. Thank you for subscribing!
It's a forgotten art.with thing being so replaceable these days it doesn't make since from a production perspective to regrind smaller endmills.its still very cool to see though
Pity you didn't demo the cut at the end with the cutter you actually sharpened in the video.
Enjoyable, particularly nice not to have to endure all the American waffle about being “welcome to the shop” watched several times.

Thank you for your kind words, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the video!
Just about 100% useless to the majority of us who don't have and probably will never own a shop-made Quorn tool and cutter grinder.

But to us who can rig something up I appreciate the process. My Milling Machine and an Indexing Collet Attachment may not be as precise but as the saying goes: Get e'r Done!

@@NRDavis-wl8vn Agreed! Seeing someone else’s rig or jig always gives me ideas about how things work as well as other ways to do things. I would also love to see all of the setup (and test-checking-that-it-is-still-setup-correctly-after-using) and tools to do it right. Learning to square and true machining equipment videos are teaching me helpful skills to understand the why when things start going wrong. #FirstPrincplesFirst
